Came in there with my family to buy a bike and we looked at a few and nobody came up and asked if we needed help on anything. Just because I had my two kids with me. I won’t ever be back!!

Black Sheep Harley Davidson is a wonderful place to be. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Pricing is fair and consistent to all other Harley shops. The Service staff is top notch and the work they complete is perfect every time.The facility offers multiple programs including test riding bikes, demoing a windshield or seat, and they are more than happy to let you ride multiple bikes to make sure you find the right one. I highly recommend you stop at Black Sheep Harley-Davidson even if you arent a Harley rider, sit back, relax, enjoy some coffee, and check out the wide selection of bikes they have, browse through the Motorclothes department, or dream of how to upgrade your motorcycle in the Parts Department.

I was in wv for vacation unfortunately I lost 2 inner fairing bolt they didnt have in stocks but Wes in parts was able to assist with bolt dimensions and I was able to get new bolts at lowes in order to get home JUST WANNA SAY THANKS AGAIN WES I APPRECIATE THE HELP

The Good. Wonderful buying experience they took good care of me. Tracked down the bike I wanted and delivered it too my door. Every one was wonderful. The only bad thing I can say about the shop. I asked about if the bike I bought came with a 2ed key fob they said they would call me back. They never returned my call to let me know so I had too call back the fallowing day to have my question answered. Other then that I told my friends about the shop and I highly recommended them.

The nicest H-D dealership I’ve ever been to. My first visit earned my business right away and future. I was greeted upon entering the establishment and had only stopped to look around. Met A great staff throughout the entire building, especially my salesman, Brandon. I ended up buying a super clean 2018 Heritage that day and got a great deal. While I was there, they sold 4 bikes plus mine. They are obviously doing something right.This is, by far, the nicest and most welcoming staff of any dealership I’ve ever been. 5 stars across the boardBTW, since I had recently had shoulder surgery, they even delivered and picked up my old Rocker at no charge...that’s superior service!!🏍😊

First ever visit to this location was better than I had hoped for and I usually have high expectations. Ill be taking the Rider Course when it resumes and am already on the waiting list. Talked to a couple of knowledgeable reps who didnt try at all to pressure me into more bike than I could handle and even ran some numbers to give me an idea about payment ranges. When I explained my reluctance toward debt I felt not the slightest pressure but was greeted with total understanding and felt appreciated as a customer. The entire shop is beautiful, spotlessly clean and staffed with professional people who represent the the business as well as the community in a way that makes me want to be a part of it.

The sales staff was very helpful. My wife and I purchased 2 new Softails. We met and received a thorough briefing from each department. All of our questions were answered before we left. As an added bonus, the pulled pork barbecue in the cafe was excellent.

They made me feel like part of the family, even though I wasn’t spending as much as some others that come through. I love my Sportster, and I will be a lifelong customer. My fiancé and I had chosen to visit the Black Sheep Harley Davidson Store in Huntington WV on Fathers Day. We had been regulars to that store since we moved out 9 months ago from California. We were looking forward to getting more involved with the Bike club. We had purchased a part and were heading out when we were chased down and accused of stealing the part we just purchased. We were completely humiliated as there were other patrons watching as we searched for our receipt. My fiancé and I are hard working citizens of this country. We choose carefully where we spend our time and money. I’m sad to say I was extremely embarrassed, offended and disappointed in the way we were treated. I manage a store in Ashland KY, I would never have had approached the situation in such a manor.

I didn’t get a bike here but I wanted to say thank you to Katie for being so helpful! I sent an email because I wanted to order a dealer shirt for a Christmas gift for my biker (and family black sheep) brother and Katie not only called me right away but also sent me photos of available shirts and designs. I got exactly what I wanted and it was delivered super fast! My brother is going to love it! Thank you so much!

Bought an used Softail Deluxe off of these folks and of course, the whole front end electrical system and a main wiring harness had to be replaced.Called them up and didnt they hesitate to help me. They redid the electrical system at no charge. They even gave me a gift to compensate of me not having my bike.On the next ride, noticed that when the bike was placed in 5th gear and you gave it some throttle, the clutches were slipping. Called them and explained what was happening...once again with no hesitation, offered to fix the bike. Took the bike down and dropped it off. A week later, got a phone call saying that the bike was fixed. Pick it up and they didnt charge me.SO GLAD THAT I BECAME A CUSTOMER OF YOU ALL!!!A big THANK YOU to Mr. Dennis
