ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I had one day where I could make the three hour trip back to my dorm room and store my stuff. It was Sunday. I was told by Ashley that I could go in because there is gate access. I was given the code for the gate and my storage locker number in a text. When I arrived to the storage facility with a car full of stuff, I was unable to enter the facility. After calling 4 different numbers with no answer, I was lucky enough to have a friend of mine let me store my stuff in their home. When the facility opened on Monday, I was rudely told that I went to the wrong location and my rental agreement that I signed stated that no refunds were possible. I WAS NOT GIVEN MY RENTAL AGREEMENT UNTIL TWO DAYS LATER AND IT HAD A FAKE SIGNATURE. My name and address on the “agreement” weren’t even capitalized. The unit was rented over the phone so my only agreement was verbal, which according to the rental agreement, is not applicable. I was repeatedly told I went to the wrong address after presenting the same person with this Information. With only one address given to me, there would be no way of knowing which of the multiple locations I was supposed to go to. If it wasn’t for my friend, I would have no place to put an entire dorm room full of stuff and I’d be left with no place to put it. I wish I could give negative stars. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. They even tried to charge me for the next month after I told them I didn’t have anything in the unit because I never stepped foot on the premises. They took $63 from me that I’ll never see again and I had to block and get a new debit card because they had that information and I was afraid they would go ahead and charge me for an empty storage unit. These people must really enjoy taking advantage of poor college kids and I hope they spend my $63 donation well...
Good place to store your stuff
The units are infested with bedbugs and they arent willing to take responsibility for it.
