Nice selection of merchandise. Bar stools are made to order. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We were searching for just a simple recliner with little luck but on a whim decided to give Billiards and Barstools a look. Lo and behold, amide all the theater seating we found what we felt was a suitable recliner at a very fair price.We made two trips to the showroom, multiple calls and were a general pain in the butt but Deric was patient and worked with us as we made up our minds. We closed the deal over the phone and are now waiting for the agreed upon delivery date.

Everyone we spoke with was great. They treated us like valued customers, gave us the space we wanted without leaving us searching for someone to answer questions, and were overall great. Were relatively new to the area but Ill be back for all our billiards and game room needs.

Good: Lots of neat stuff to buy, including furniture, arcade machines, pool tables, etc. Bad: Customer service is not good. Maybe my wife and I didnt look like we had money to spend, but nobody came to help us. One employee was busy helping another customer and the other employee just sat behind the counter. We ended up making a purchase but had to ask for help three times to get it done. We normally would have gone to another store but my wife loved the piece we found there.

I went in to get a single barstool and these guys treated me the same as if I were spending thousands...Great place and good vibes..The recommended single barstool I bought is well built, very neat and comfortable and is quickly becoming the go to seat in my Chalet....

Highly recommend Billiards and Barstools! As a first time customer here, these guys put up with a lot of questions from me as I was trying to make my decision(s) and I went back and forth with where I would make my purchase (another store, online, etc.). I am so thankful this is where I chose. They worked with me on price, they ensured the delivery worked so that I was supplied before a family get together and they followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was pleased. I will be a long term customer. Nothing beats quality products and service and these guys have it down. A special thanks to Steve for going above and beyond! I will be back guys! :)

We bought a pool table from this business. We were told it would be delivered in one month. It was not. Never received a phone call or anything. I finally called them and they told me they’d call me back after they checked when it would be shipped. They never called me back. I called once again a few days later and they told me it’d be shipped out in two weeks. Two weeks go by and no call or anything once again. Waited another week and called them. Was told they’d call me back in 30 minutes. Never received a call. Called them back and they were closed for the day. Called the next day and was once again told they’d call me back. Finally got a call back later. Told me they’d be shipped this Monday and my delivery date and time would be Wednesday at 11am. Here I am Wednesday at 10:44am wondering if I’ll get a call telling me they are on their way because that is what most company’s do. I decided to call them since obviously they’ve already gotten their money so why care about the customers time. The pool tables were not delivered to them Monday and they’re on their way now. So my pool table that I took off work to receive, lost $500 for taking that time off, is STILL NOT GOING TO BE DELIVERED AND I STILL WAS NOT INFORMED. So, I make plans to recoup some of the money I lost at the very least, and they call my husband to set up a time later today to deliver it. UNBELIEVABLE. My advice is that if you want a pool table, you go somewhere else because this is the biggest run around and unprofessional place we’ve ever purchased something from. And the worst part is they blame the shipping. They don’t take ownership of the fact they’re the ones who sold the product and it is their responsibility to CALL THE CUSTOMER AND INFORM THEM OF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THEIR EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE PURCHASES.

My kids love this place and will play arcade games while I am consulting or looking around. We bought a pool table and it looks great. The felt color options they had were amazing and they really know their stuff. They had several cue catalogs and lighting catalogs that I viewed. I also purchased two cues from one catalog and they are all I play with on this table. I look forward to completing the game room.

We built a new house and bought all the toys from Billards and Barstools, wish I could say I had a great experience but I cant say that.We set up a delivery date well in advance and they screwed up the delivery. They delivered our arcade game and theater seating, but oops forgot to bring the pool table. Was supposed to get 8 trays to go with my 8 theater seats and almost 2 months later still missing 4 of them. Would love to find another place to take care of my needs

No one greeted us when we came in yo look at outdoor furniture. Not going to a pend thousands of dollars in a store that cant at least welcome me.

-28 June Special order 2 chairs and a table $2400. We were told 2 weeks and they would deliver.-3 weeks later I called, spoke with a young lady and she said she would check into it and call back-3 weeks 2 days I called back, man told me to hold and he’d check. He told me that since there were no updates that my chairs were made and coming from up state and would be in next week.- 1 month later I called back, man told me he’d call manufacturer and see what was going on. He called back and told me that the material for cushions was back ordered... due in September. He said he’d talk with Steve and do something to provide me with good customer service.- 1 month 2 days Steve offered to loan us 2 chairs until ours come in. I asked, “Since we are waiting on material and my chairs are supposedly made could they send me my chairs and table and he loan us cushions until September?”-1 month 4 days STILL waiting on a response.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY!!!-August 30th I finally received a phone call. My chairs and table have arrived and they would like to deliver today. They delivered the chairs and table, I was told they appreciate my patience..... I said nothing....they left. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

My brother and I have bought our cue sticks from this place and Greg does a GREAT job when we needed the tips replaced. Its worth the money spent. Also, my sister saw a pool table there and had to bring Eric and I back to see it. Will make more business there.
