This person has stolen from multiple grieving families around Huntsville. All of his good reviews are about all of the great items he sells which are STOLEN from the estate sales he is hired to manage.

Jeremy did estate sale in December. He is 6 weeks late with itemized list of sales as promised. Several light fixtures, china cabinet and cabinet doors were removed from house without permission. There has not been any payments and are over 6 weeks late according to contract. They dont respond to texts or phone calls. Please find somebody reputable and do not do business with these people.

My brother hired Jeremy Och and Jeremy NEVER gave an itemized listing to our family. He stole my mother’s, my sister’s, and my belongings! He will not answer phone calls or texts! He is a thief! I wrote him up on BBB and he said he chose not to do business with me. He chose not to do business with me after he stole my belongings!

It’s not often someone will deliver items to your home. Jeremy and his wife know my eye and help me find unique pieces I want and then deliver!. It’s a bit magical the way it all comes together. They won’t disappoint
