Much better than I remembered. Very elegant and festive with a wide selection of holiday decor. Definitely on the pricier side but if youre looking for ideas this is the place to go.The staff was also very kind, polite, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Will definitely come back!

I enjoyed my shopping experience... It was clean... They had some of my favorite items on sale... Most of the gem stones were gone but I found a few good ones..the customer service was amazing.... Over all great experience....

It wasnt very busy and the lines moved slowly and not much to choose from and a lot of empty space, but I was happy to find what I was looking for.

This location always has kind staff members. Some areas arent the most organized but because it is in a high traffic area I suspect that would be very hard to maintain. Though some areas are in disarray, the store overall is clean. Order pickup has always been a quick and easy process here as well.

This location was great! The staff was transitioning from Christmas to Valentines and Black History month but the aisles were clear.The store was well-maintained and organized. Items were in stock and I found some really great buys!!The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. A Christmas item did not ring up correctly, the manager quickly came to the registered and adjusted the price! I will definitely give this location two thumbs up👍🏽👍🏽!

If I could give this store a zero star rating I would. Employee said she couldn’t help he because she was “off the clock”…. As I continued to shop I watched as she aimlessly walked around the store stocking items. If you want horrible customer service come to this store!

Standard craft store. Good coupons and good sales. Would be 5 stars but even though they accept competitors coupons, I couldnt do them on the same transaction. So I had to wait in line for another 10 mins in order to use my coupon.

I liked this store, usually Im a Hobby Lobby fan but this store gives Hobby Lobby a good run for their money.

They did a excellent job on framing some pictures.

They had exactly what I needed for an art class. Staff was friendly and professional, helping me find the necessary items.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Associates are very helpful when needing to find things.

Store was kind of disheveled. Employees seemed more interested in visiting with each other than seeing if customers needed assistance. I found what I needed. Checkout line was long.

Very friendly and helpful. The girl I asked for help showed me 2 different clearance aisles for the planner I was looking for. There was a bigger selection than what I thought. She was real friendly and helpful. It doesn’t matter which Michaels store I go to, the associates are always so helpful and nice.

Buying tank and helicopter models for my grandson. They have a good selection. Along with all the accessories that go along with model building.

It is very cramped with few aisle labels, making it very hard to find what you are looking for. However, they seem to have a decent stock of paint and other supplies, if you somehow know where to look and are not afraid of running into people (literally!) a few times.

Always excellent products never have enough time or money for all the crafts to look at.

No longer stocks frames or DIY basic framing materials above 36. Has to be custom built and not very affordable for casual applications.

I love this store! Always finding coll things to craft and gather new ideas. I usually only buy from clearance but occasionally pay full price if I cant live without it. Store is clean and well organized so its easy to find things staff is friendly and helpful.

This location is a bit unorganized. Items are not in the correct location, price tags are either wrong or not there at all, and a couple of the employees seem to be bothered when they are asked to assist. I enjoy shopping the deals that Michaels has to offer, just wish this location would make it easier.

The employees and management at this particular location are always incredibly helpful and polite, even if they all have that slightly dead look in their eyes from working retail and dealing with the public all day.

Prices are very high and not much variety. They sale helium balloons but dont have the helium to filled the balloons.

Very good place to get arts and crafts. They have Halloween decorations, fake flowers, fake cactus, candies of different sorts and a small amount of things home related. My kids really enjoy it and I enjoy the selections of dinosaurs and animal toys to play with while they shop. Great staff and store.

Good craft store

Has all sorts of crafty stuff, I just wish their sewing section was larger and they had more then one or two sewing machines. Some stuff was over priced too.

I have always loved Michaels. I go there to get inspired and I always come out inspired. Hated that they moved from the University Drive location. Great prices and lots of options. Always a win.

I love Michaels but there is NEVER help. 3 people cannot check out and man the floor. They do the best they can but....Pricing is not consistent for the same product on the same shelf, $.30 from high to low. But there again 3 people cant do it all. GET THEM SOME HELP!

Showed an item in stock online that after driving an hour and getting there right after opening was not available. Said item was not available to purchase ahead and pickup. Only option was in store purchase. Almost seemed like click bait. 😔

Im not sure if its Under New Management or what but they have totally re Vamp the store into a utterly butterly confusing layout with nothing but child train kits and the majority of the case they do still carry high-quality pencils and drawing products but they have moved them all out of the normal place that they were where is where most of the adults that spend money there wood like to be able to find them quick and simply. It is also Shells wall ceiling tile everything is painted white even the floor its either going through a makeover or somebody bought it and gave it a makeover but its horrible however I did like colored pencils there cuz I needed 36 colored pencils so it still gets three stars

Great place for all crafting projects, especially if you are a Reward Member as you get emails on upcoming sales and coupons. Easy returns also. Only problem for me is the aisles are often to crowded and makes it impossible to use shopping cart without bumping o to displays or to even turn around in a aisle. Customer service is always great.

You can always find what youre looking for at Michaels even if its last minute to decorate a crown for your granddaughter who is going to graduate and its senior day 20/20 from my granddaughter Montana and Im visiting a Michaels in Alabama because I happen to be in Alabama now with my grandchildren I usually go to a Michaels on in New Jersey on Route 22 I think theyre both great places for any kind of crafts or frames or just anything that has to do d i y

Great craft store. Not as many options as other big box stores around and the prices are a little higher, but a good selection when I need other options. More knowledgeable staff that seem to enjoy crafting instead of just being a job.

I go here quite often and I love it. Its a bit pricier than Hobby Lobby and of course not as big but I always find something I like. The only complaint is the wait to check out is always long. I am usually going during my lunch time and have regularly had to wait in line longer than I actually spent looking at items.

Had what I was needing I was also asked by two different associates if I needed help finding anything. Checkout was quick as they had 3 lanes going.

Useful craft store, contains pretty much all the widgets and doodads you need for most craft projects. Not quite a one stop shop, but pretty close.
