I was a little hesitant buying the bike remotely, but Chace was extremely responsive and knowledgeable.Ian imparts was also helpful in getting the bike set up for me before I arrived. Great experience! Went in looking a specific used bike and was directed to Chase. I liked the bike I was looking at but it was a little more used than I was looking for. Chase told me that he had another of the same kind of bike being traded in soon and I opted to wait for it. When it came in he let me know and it turned out to be pristine. A 2105 model with only 5,000 miles. It looked like a brand new bike from the show room. The bike had an open recall that needed to be done before delivery and it looked like it would be a week before I could pick up my bike. I stopped in a couple of days later to show the bike to my wife and mentioned that it was my birthday. Daniel in parts overheard me and said let me check something. The next thing I knew he was getting my bike in the shop and had the recall done and the oil changed. I was thrilled to get my new bike on my birthday after all! I am also in the recreation merchandise industry. Rite now everything is hard to get. Prices have gone up everywhere and businesses are struggling to find help and make a profit. I am in the same boat at my store but I would never do to a customer what Freedom Power sports has tried to do to me. Yes they have a hard to find item in stock. Yes I was willing to pay more then normal. The Honda website has the MSRP at $13,899 + $785 destination charge. Thats $14,684. I know there is going to be a bunch of charges and fees so I figure $18,500 would be the most it would be. Nope how about $22,557! $2,125 in shipping ( after the 785 destination charge) $1,675 for assembly ( mainly bolt on the roll cage ) $299 doc fee ( thats standard and was expecting it) $1,400 in mandatory added accessories, I asked if I could do those later and was told no. A dealership has the rite to change whatever they want I get that. But as a customer I can shop and compare as well. I have been quoted much lower from other dealers but have to wait and I will. Please dont fall victim to this type of business model.

Friendly service. I recently bought an ATV. I was greeted almost immediately by Connor on walking through the door and was asked how I could be helped. The stock is a little low for ATVs, but that’s everywhere right now. However, I did find what I was looking for with some extras in it already. I was given the option to order a unit that would arrive in 4-6 weeks if they didn’t have what I was looking for. I was toured through the parts and service departments to meet the people who would help me if I needed and to ask questions. Overall a great experience. I felt welcomed and encouraged to come back if I needed any help.

This isnt the dealers fault as much as it is corporate regulations and production shortfalls by Polaris.Connor and Chris were steller help throughout the process. Went to purchase a Kawasaki Mule and was offered the opportunity to purchase one at 50% above MSRP + assembly and delivery. Wow, if this isnt price gouging, I dont know what is.. I would think that Kawasaki has higher expectations of their retailers...

Considering the low inventory I have seen for the last year, they had some good options. Chelsie was very helpful in helping us get what we wanted with no pressure sales. It does take some time to get through the buying process, but we’ll worth the wait.

I purchased a side by side. During my purchase I prepaid for the first 6 maintenance services. Within a couple of months, I traded the vehicle with 17 hours on it. The first service was at 20. I called to see if I could get a refund since I didnt receive the service I paid for. They told me that they wouldnt refund the $2000 I paid for this. I disagree with this business model and feel that it was a scam.Update: 6 Weeks and still no call.

This is my second bad experience with freedom sport. I have 2019 C-90 and my battery died, after two years I ok with it. When I bought the bike the sale guy was trying to sale everything, he told me there life time battery replacement. Bring it and get a new one, sound good got it. Ok brung battery in basically said everything is good but charge me for the new one, said policy change or something which was after I bought the warranty, didn’t have one in stock had to order it One week went by no call I call them and was told it would be delivered that day and someone would call or txt, six days pass and nothing, called today was told it got there today, so that mean i was lied too by someone, and there no need for that period. No way to run a business, make me want to trade my bike in just to not deal with freedom
