He promptly contacted us and set up a time for us to meet him. At the appointed time, he was ready with the car. He was very thorough and the entire process was easy and painless. We were in & out in less than 3 hours. Everyone in Audi was very professional and courteous, there was no badgering, and no hidden agendas. Wow! Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had! Jerome was our Audi Specialist who helped me drive away with ease in a Mercedes ☺️ He made the process so easy and was beyond kind. I had an appointment at 10 am this morning but when I arrived, they said the tech wouldnt be there until 11. I went to get a scratch painted and they did an absolutely terrible job. It looked like they just dabbed painted on the scratch. Naturally, I was unsatisfied, and I let it be known. They wanted to charge me extra to correct their amateurish work. Not to mention the fact that they originally told me it would be $50, then they told my husband it would $90. Then today, after they half painted my car, they told me it would be $199!! I also asked them about the air filter latch they were supposed to have ordered in May, they said it might have gotten lost and they will have to reorder it. They never called me to let me know!! Also, Chris Cooley - service consultant- is an absolutely despicable human being. He is incredibly rude. Word of advice Chris, when someone is speaking to you, you respond accordingly and in a courteous manner. Unfortunately, this is the only Audi dealership in the area, otherwise I word never do business there again. I will be sure to dissuade everyone I know to NEVER purchase a vehicle there.
Great buying experience! Our salesman, Harry, worked with us and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied, even during some unusual issues that cropped up beyond the dealers control. I recently went to the Audi dealership with my wife to purchase her dream car. Little did we know we was going to have the best experience purchasing a car from a dealership we ever had. Our salespersons name was Travis he was extremely professional and upfront and honest. We had a great experience and Im looking forward to making another purchase from them .. if your looking for a great experience get in contact with Travis hes a great salesman.
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a $41,000+ luxury car from them and they will not put new brakes on it even though I showed them their inspection of the car was incorrect. The brakes are metal on metal and the inspection shows the brakes at 8mm. They lie on their inspection reports and then when you catch them they wont fix the problem. I even talked with the GM about it and he said he wont fix the problem. I have only had the car for a little over a month. Terrible customer service!!!
I was very pleased with the service I received at Audi Huntsville. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I really liked the video I received by text of the technician going over the car.My windshield had a small chip in it. Jeff called me to inform me that they could repair it for a small cost and it wouldnt take any extra time. That saved me from making another appointment to have it repaired. I appreciated the attention to detail!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Not only did Eric Hedges patiently work with me, he educated me along the way and helped me get something better than I could have ever come up with on my own. Great experience! I get very nervous about big purchases so any non sense can quickly scare me off as I am also in sales, but this place was so nice, calm, truthful and helpful . I felt completely calm the whole time . There wasn’t any back and forth to see if the manager could get me a better deal . You know the game . Best deal up front . They just didn’t have anything to hide where product and service were concerned. I’ve been to a dozen lots and gotten pretty far in the process at least half a dozen times in the past 3 months and there was always something being hidden which made more nervous either about the terms or the product itself, NOT HERE, upfront information sound product for a great price . Harry was a huge help to me and a saint for dealing with me being crazy . Then Mark was a huge help with the paper work never once made me feel pressured or unsure . If you want to shop were people do their job well and that’s it no tricks or games shop here . Great group of people that are immensely respectful to everyone .

Can’t recommend Audi of Huntsville and especially Jerome! Super easy process. My biggest pet peeve about looking for new cars is the pushy salespeople. You will not have to deal with that here they were helpful, accommodating, and just overall easy to work with! I love my new carUnfortunately just 3 weeks after purchasing I heard terrible noises while the car had its air conditioning on. After reaching out Jerome got me in and had the diagnosis charge removed unfortunately after diagnosis it was going to be $900 they were unwilling to help us either fincance or knock something off. I took it to Midas which also stated it wasnt serviced at all before being sold. So things like oil change weren’t done. I was lucky it didn’t damage my radiator. The back auto hatch also broke within 2 weeks of having the car. Jerome did his best to help us but the manager didn’t even reach out. I felt like they just wanted this car off the lot and I was poor customer who fell for it. My husband really liked the Audi A4 but we will not being buying from Audi again.
WOW! Hands down best experience Ive ever had with any dealership. Harrison was patient, kind, and willing to work with me when I just had a deal fall through with a different Audi location. He listened to what happened and said were going to make this work for you. I dont think they said no to anything I asked (though I believe I was trying to be fair, not a cheapskate). The GM, Eric was also very kind and even knew who I was when he saw me. I will definitely be coming back for my next Audi and recommend to any friends interested! I felt like family. I live in near Birmingham but I drive to Huntsville to have my car serviced. The guys at Huntsville are much easier to work with and they treat you like you matter. I had rather driver the 100 miles to Huntsville Audi than the 30 miles to Birmingham Audi.
Our Audi Q7 has had a battery drain issue and we have had it to Audi 3 times now to get the issue fixed. The first time they just programmed a new battery. The second time they told us we needed another new battery and they tested it to see if anything was draining it and they said nothing was. 1500$ later we brought it home and 3 days later it was dead again. So we took it back and it has now sat there for 2 weeks and they still have not gotten it fixed. This is our family ride and is extremely frustrating. I understand they are busy but this has been an on going problem that has lasted over a month they are just putting us on the back burner. we have already spent alot of money with the problem still not resolved and without a vehicle for over a month.

Do not do business here. They are not a real car salesmen here. Low ball lower than kelley blue book offer lowest price. However, theyre trying to sell a used for a new price and wouldnt budge on the Toyota tacoma that listed on cargurus app more than 200 days. The finance guy wasnt even trying to work with us to earn our budget on used truck. Dont buy here unless you want an audi.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Audi Huntsville! John Boesing proved himself to be a knowledgeable and patient sales person. Throughout my buying experience I wavered several times on what I wanted and financing options. John answered ALL of my questions, over and over, again and on the rare occasion he didnt know, he sought out the information and followed up in a timely manner. I never felt pressured to make a decision and appreciate his graciousness as we worked through the details!
Bought an S5 from Audi Huntsville through Mike Reed. I live in Atlanta, so we spent several days making sure the financing was buttoned-up before I made the long drive there. He knew I was trading in a lease and had spoken several times with finance to confirm the numbers, so all was well. I get to the dealership and it turns out the car he claimed was certified wasn’t — nothing was offered to me for being misled, but I agreed anyways under the predetermined terms that Mike would have my wheels painted. After purchased, the car stayed in Huntsville for a week getting small body touch-ups done and for the wheels. I checked in with Mike nightly, and he assured me the night before we were to meet that the body work was done, and wheels were painted. He showed up to our meeting location with 400 additional miles on the odometer with his wife and kids in-tow, no work had been done to touch up the front bumper or parts of the side panels, and he agreed to get me in contact with his Atlanta shop. He went unresponsive to request, and I find out the wheels were painted without clear coat, so I had to pay full price to have them redone. In the time he had the car, I had found out that I owed the city of Atlanta $3500 in tax fees for trading in a lease out of state. I immediately contact Mike and he assures me Audi will resolve the issue. After countless attempts to contact them without response, We meet and I express to Mike that I need answers. Turns out, per contract, I couldn’t return the car for ‘a sudden increase in agreed-to price due to taxes’ after I took delivery of it, so I’m only left to assume I was ignored intentionally so the dealership doesn’t lose the sale. Needless to say, the finance manager finally let me know that it wasn’t his responsibility to understand tax law for a state just 10-15 miles from their dealership (GA), and the full cost was my responsibility. Horrible experience and I did everything I could to try and come to a reasonable amount that would satisfy both parties. Don’t go here.

Harry Norton responded to my inquiry and was very responsive, getting back to me in minutes about the availability of the car in which I was interested. The negotiations over the price were courteous and efficient and Harry connected me with the right people. In a short time on a Saturday afternoon, we were able to strike a deal for the car to be delivered to my house in Chattanooga 72 hours later . Harry responded to my texts within minutes and delivered the car without incident and answered all of my questions. It was a very satisfactory experience !

Be very LEARY of this dealership! It’s an Audi dealership so you would expect the best. WRONG! I inquired about a $40k Land Rover Discovery HSE Luxury. I was told it was in perfect condition no issues. We agreed upon a price for the Land Rover and my Audi SQ5 as a trade. Harry, the salesman took my credit application on Tuesday 3/2/21 and a 2k deposit. We then set a date for pick up a couple days later on Thursday. I was then informed after all of this that it had a Lemon History but “it was no big deal, just something to do with the AC I think” salesman Harry said in a text which I have. I asked to see the Carfax before I came as I was told it was perfect condition before putting the credit application and deposit down. Sure enough I got the Carfax and it has a LEMON BRANDED TITLE! Harry the salesman said he was unaware in a text and that he is an honest person! But in the next text message (I still have as proof) Harry told me “we priced it right for the car fax” Which means they did know and were trying to pull one over on me. THIS IS ILLEGAL. You must notify a customer of this before conducting business.This is enough to make this a very skeptical shady dealership and I would be very careful giving your business here. I’ve done over 25 deals on cars in my life and NEVER have I experienced this not even on small lots. To beat all they put the car back on the lot for sale today 3/9/21! A Lemon has no business being on an Audi Lot!! I will be contacting Audi corporate services. Thanks for wasting my time and multiple credit hits!! UPDATE:Ive included a PIC of a text message with Harry so You can see that I was the one screwed without ANY type of an offer to fix from the dealership! Harry specially told me it had a clean title after telling me it had a lemon history to gain the sale. I never once received a phone call from the owner trying to make it right in any way. The only communication was a response to this review to lessen the damage on them not because they actually care. I’m a very understanding person and am looking to buy a car obviously so an apology from the owner and a GREAT deal on another vehicle just could have made this right but I waited days before writing this review and nothing. You do business with them and get the wool pulled over your eyes then it’s your fault. You’ve been warned
Audi Huntsville has won my future business with my latest purchase. I purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from Brad. He made the process super easy and was on very friendly. The next morning after I got home I noticed that my car had a rather large oil leak. I called Brad and he didnt question me at all. He said they would make it right. He sent a truck to pick up my car an hour away and haul it back to Huntsville for the repair. From that point Joel (Sales Manager) took over. Super friendly again. reassured me that Audi would find out what the problem was and correct it. Turns out is was not a small repair. They had to replace a rear main seal. It took them about a week to get the parts and repair but Joel and Brad kept me updated.Audi Huntsville takes customer service serious. Even if I wasnt purchasing a new Audi, they treated me like I did. The next time I am in the market for a new car I will be going back to them. Cant say enough good things about my experience.

We have never owned an Audi before and wanted to learn more the brand and take a test drive. While we dont expect to buy new the sales rep didnt ask our budget or even try to find out our situation. Just not the kind of customer service I would expect from a luxury dealer.

Love going to see the new vehicles. They have a wonderful range of sedans and SUVs, and they are spaced so you can walk through or drive. I have already purchased an A6 and I love it, Im trying to get my wife to join the Audi family. I usually go after store hours so she doesnt feel pressured. I would rate it 10/10. Awesome place to visit and even better place to purchase a new Audi.
I found an SUV on the Audi of Huntsville Website that I had to drive and quickly sent a message. John Boesing contacted me back promptly and addressed all my concerns. He had the suv ready when I got there and was SO EASY to work with. I kept telling him I had never spent such little time at a dealership when buying a car. He did not push me to buy and even picked me up from the rental car business because I had no one to help me that day. I will forever be using him!
All AUDI Huntsville personnel that I dealt with during the process of purchasing my new vehicle were conscientious, knowledgeable and willing to address any issues along the way. Although the vehicle I wanted was not in their inventory, Harry Norton and the Sales Manager diligently worked with trade partners to locate the vehicle that satisfied my specifications. Once located and I approved, the vehicle was transported to Huntsville from Missouri. During transportation, the vehicle experienced some minor damage to the windshield trim. Once the damage was brought to Harry’s attention, he quickly had the vehicle moved to the Service Department to be checked out. In addition to the windshield trim, a wiring issue was identified. The parts have been ordered and I was provided with a very nice loaner vehicle to drive until my new vehicle is ready. The loaner was delivered to me at my home by Harry. My experience has been that AUDI Huntsville personnel are very much customer oriented.

I live in Nashville and have an Audi dealership here but the price, service and easy delivery I received from this dealership made it so easy to buy from them vs. my local dealer. The best service! I was assisted immediately. Brad Wilhite was superb! He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made recommendations based off of my familys needs and not his own agenda. It was like a family there. Even the other sales folks helped us out and got to know us. Brett Wickizer, Jerome Brown, and a gentleman named Courtney who was SO COOL! The manager Joel expressed so much gratitude for us and our time. We were even given some homemade jam from Mike Reed! Everyone was so professional and pleasant! Took my audi to get service work on it, they told me it would be a couple days. which turned into 3 weeks, no communication on what was going on. After several calls it was finally ready. when i went to pick it up smoke started coming out and had to take it back less than 5 minutes of driving it. After they checked it they said it was an oil leak (which it didnt have before i took it in) Said they could not fix it that day and would be charged for it. Been trying to contact service manger and keep getting the roundabout.
