Received terrific service from Cecil in the Service department as well. Im a little OCD when it comes to vehicles and shopped for a long time before making this purchase. I feel that everyone I worked with at Bentley respected me and my goals as a consumer and went out of their way to make this a positive experience.

You can purchase a new Cadillac at any Cadillac dealership, but from the moment we walked into Bentley, we felt something different. They really do care. It was not pushy, it was pleasant. My experience was beyond exceptional, I met Mr. Tim Howard back in late January early February this year as I wanted to place an order for a CT6-V. However, by the time that I arrived to the office during that portion of the month all of the reservations were SOLD OUT and at that time Cadillac announced that they would not be making anymore at that time, this bummed me out a bit. Determined on making sure that I exhausted all resources and chances, I stepped into the dealership and asked for the nearest sales person for assistance.Of course, starting out Mr. However did say that they didnt have any slots available let alone were able to actually order it as the way Cadillac set up the process via online reservations only. Mr. Howard told me though that if I left him with a deposit he would do his best to get a slot if possible for this sold out model.Two weeks later, Mr. Howard called me back and congratulated me in being lucky enough to get a slot reserved and began working on the paperwork. At this moment in the story the cars had yet to be built and were expected to be delivered early summer of the year.Fast forward to the end of May, the car has been built and the features and list have been provided to me. Unfortunately there was an issue with the engine due to the an emissions issue which delayed all of the cars at this point. While Cadillac was a little tight lipped at this point in time, Mr. Howard PRESSED those above for constant updates. Keeping me informed on days he had off and when the dealership wasnt even opened. Even stopped what he was doing when I came by to say hello unannounced and spent genuine time to get to know me as a individual rather than a customer, though he had a lot to do. That added, so did sales people and other employees who were not assigned to me either!Now today as I write this I have taken delivery of my car, I have to say that the wait was absolutely worth it. When I came and picked up my car it seems like the whole dealership was made and there just for me. They definitely went all out with making me feel special to realms I dont think any other car dealership could do, professional photos, video, you name it. The entire staff was there and gave the best car buying experience that I have ever had.I highly suggest if you want to start in the realm of Cadillac, this is the dealership to do it at.

Brought my car for a simple warranty fix and left with scratches all over the car from the work. I attempted to contact the service that same night and ended up with no response or call back after several voice-mail attempts. The next morning I brought the car back up to them as soon as they opened. Spoke with two service advisors who acknowledged the scratches and were apologetic. They quickly asked if the detail department could attempt to correct the damage by buffing the scratches out. With little change the detail guy advised that the technicians do this all the time and added that he couldnt fully remove the scratches/pry marks. After the car was with the detail department for almost two hours it was brought back to the service department were the two service advisors looked over it again still seeing now a more improved looking scratches. The two asked for me to return to speak to the service manager after the weekend. I then spoke with the service manager named Jerry a couple days later. Jerry walked around my vehicle and nit picked any and every flaw on the car, things that did not even pertain to the complaint about scratches on the paint. Jerry showed intrest in a chip on the front windshield just to show my car was not prestine along with swirl marks on the black paint. Jerry was very passive aggressive towards myself and I watched as he belittled my cadillac that is still under its factory b2b warranty. When I showed him the scratches and pry marks on the car he quickly glanced over it and said I dont see anything. I told him if his service team simply protected the paint this would have been avoided in which he responded they do. I advised him that mid way through the repair I went to the service bay where my car was to gather belongings from inside, in which the car had panels on top of unprotected paint. After more back and forth Jerry asked what do you want me to do about it. I responded that I wanna take my vehicle to a local trusted detail shop for paint correction on damaged areas (hood and roof), Jerry agreed and said he has worked with said shop in the past. He walked away before we could setup how and when I asked he responded with Ill call you. About two weeks passed and I recieved an email about my experience at Bentley Cadillac in which I shared everything so far as a response. I recieved a phone call later with an even more aggressive Jerry, he was very upset that I left a negative review. I advised of the time and the lack of a resolution. He then argued over the fact that he said he would call me, even after I mentioned himself told me he would call. He then said for me to setup an appointment and he would take care of it. My next day off I called said detail shop, they advised they spoke to the dealership and they said they arent paying for anything. I take great pride in my vehicle and did not expect this type of treatment from any dealership. Ultimately I would like my vehicle returned to me in the same condition it was left in, not worse. The service manager uses bully type tactics and unacceptable customer service towards genuine concerns. Please avoid this place especially if you care about your vehicle. Poor training of technicians on not protecting a vehicle and the leadership is the same.

Amazing purchase experience, particularly working with Tim Howard. I drove from Birmingham for a specific car. Tim contacted me after I requested information via the website. He helpfully answered all my questions and even took photos of specific parts of the car that were of interest to me. He kept me informed throughout the process, and helped me negotiate terms and had practically all the paperwork ready before I even left my home. I literally drove to the dealer, drove the car, signed the papers and left.I feel the terms were fair for all parties involved. The car is in excellent condition. I was treated with respect and never talked down to, and I never got that sleazy feeling. Tim went above and beyond to help things go smoothly, so I definitely recommend requesting Mr. Howard.

Do not go online for information about a Cadillac unless you want an annoying sales person calling you literally for MONTHS! Thats what happened to me. A sales person named Isabell has been calling me for THREE MONTHS SO FAR! Not a chance- this is why car sales people have the reputation they have. Im looking for hassle free car buying as are most people I think, and I have options.

Dan, in the Service Department, was amazing. He had the car checked in when I got back. It was a quick fix. He printed service records so I could show my father what had been done. I had emailing w/ Tim Howard all week on the vehicle I was interested in & made an appointment for late Saturday to see it. He had the vehicle detailed & ready for a test drive. While talking to Tim, I changed my mind & decided on another vehicle in stock. It had not even been washed. While we went over price & paperwork, Bentley brought someone in after hours to detail this vehicle so we could drive it home. I expressed my concerns on the pricing & mentioned the pricing I had in mind. We negotiated & he found a way to give me the price I needed. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had working w/ Tim & would do it again given the opportunity.

XTS experience. The Service Rep was great however, I had to take my vehicle there 3 separate occasions to fix one problem. The first time they thought it was the battery, so I had to pay for a new one, had to take it back for the same issues, the second time they thought it was a fuse. Had to pay for that cause neither the fuse, battery or labor for either was covered under the extended warranty. Third visit for the same issue, they finally found the problem. A relay for CD player in the glove box had gone bad somehow and was continuously drawing power from the battery causing it to go dead. Unfortunately the extended warranty only partially covered this, I was left with my deductible and remaining balance. Since they could not find the true cause initially, 3 trips later and nearly $1000, my car is fixed (somewhat).on my initial trip, I also took my vehicle in for a rough idle between 1800-2100 RPMs, They told me there is definitely an issue however they dont know what it is and can not find out until another customer with the same model brings their car in for service so they can compare them side by side. Needless to say I gave up waiting for the phone call to bring my vehicle in for that issue.I would like to think this is an isolated incident and I am open to giving them my business in the future.Anyway, at least the service rep was a good guy, the 3 stars are all his.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The very expensive repair of my engine was a total and complete dud. The job was not done right and now my vehicle is back in another Cadillac garage to get fixed properly and hopefully right this time.. WATCH THIS SPACE. MORE TO COME.SATISFACTION, the mechanics at Vera Cadillac, Pembroke Pines did an OUTSTANDING job repairing my 08 CTS engine. All the seals were installed properly, quality checked, and the engine leaks oil no more. I own a dept of gratitude and appreciation to service manager Mr. Pena and his service adviser Mr. Alexander Hernandez for first of all listening, and delivering on their promise to fix my vehicle properly before returning it back to me and went even further by fixing the hood of my car properly, even though I did not mentioned that it was returned to me improperly installed. As for Bentley Cadillac! Not a peep. Nothing. nada, No email reply, no phone calls, to return calls. Nothing. Like I didnt even exist. Thanks Bentley Cadillac.

I took my car in for some warranty work and the service rep was great. He always kept me in the loop and was very informative. Unfortunately the service performed on the car was not to this standard. I noticed that a bolt was left loose so I began to check some other components that were touched. I found the strut brace not torqued at all, and another bolt on the MAF sensor was able to be removed with my fingers. At this point I have torn down the top of the engine to check all the work that was performed.

So far so good. I was afraid to take my old 2006 Dts for service. Everybody knows that dealership are going to cost more. At first I went to mom and pop shops to try and fix code p420. Well long story short, the code was still there from the shops. I wasted approximately 4300 trying to go the cheaper route. So we will see if it stays off this time. But so far so good.

I was worried that being from out of state and a first time Cadillac buyer that I would be involved with an entry level sales guy but to my surprise Nathan knew his stuff. And was very professional in his work. “O” in finance did a great job and did his job with zero preasure and got the rate I was interested in. Beautiful dealership inside and out. If I had to say anything negative it definitely would be the detail and cleanup of the new car ... when buying a 100k $ vehicle you would expect it to be showroom clean and mine was not quite up to par but hell its gonna get dirty one day.

I went for a service which consisted of an oil and filter change, tire rotation and safety check. I expected they would do a courtesy wash before delivering the car to me. I go to Honda and Nissan and they both do the courtest wash without asking or being requested. The lasty time I was at Bentley I asked them and they told me it would be a couple hours before they could get to it. This time I left the vehicle and they still didnt wash it after servicing it. In the future I would expect they do the courtesy wash or at least ask if I would like them to do it.

I had an appointment at 1:30 for an oil change. I asked how long it would take & was told an hour or hour & a half so my advisor directed me to the waiting room to wait. At 4:00 I want to find out how much longer but they had to search for my car & finally found it behind the building. When I got home, I had a message from my advisor telling me my car was ready. He evidently forgot I was there. He told me they were short staffed today but the rest is a mystery. I wasnt impressed with their customer service.

We had visited two other Cadillac dealerships before going to Bentley Cadillac and they are definitely a step above the others. Im not one to give compliments, but I truly think Tim Howard provided the best car purchasing experience Ive personally ever had. He communicated with us very timely throughout the sales process, which was primarily by phone since we are two hours away. When we showed up, the car we discussed was ready for a test drive. I wanted to also look at a couple other models and there was absolutely no pressure. Tim encouraged me to drive the XT4 also given I thought I may like a smaller vehicle better. This is what impressed me as it was getting near their closing time, but I could tell he really wanted us to be happy with whatever we got.In addition to Tim, the sales manager was also very attentive and helpful, without seeming ingenuine. Our family has purchased multiple GM cars and we will definitely go to Bentley for any future purchases. It was honestly worth the drive!

I have a 2013 Cadillac ATS, theft deterrent kept showing on my computer. When theft deterrent is flashing I can’t start my car. They had my car for over 2 weeks and never called me about my car I always had to call them. They didn’t fix anything they couldn’t figure out why my car kept saying theft deterrent system. They finally told me I could come get my car because there was nothing they could do anymore. When I got there they couldn’t find my key I was told their mechanic locked my key in his toolbox and had already left for the day. I live 45 minutes away I was going back home and was about 20 minutes away when I got another call saying they found my key and I could come get my car so I’m thinking they had misplaced my key and just couldn’t find it and told me it was locked in a toolbox. When I finally got back they charged me $120.00 to get my car back. I don’t see why I got charged if they DIDN’T fix ANYTHING and after I had to LEAVE THEN COME BACK. My vehicle will not be going back to them for any services.

Although I arrived mid-morning without an appointment and was promised the service would take three or more hours, I was out within a hour and a half. In addition, Kirby took the initiative to honor the initial quote when the actual service proved more involved and costly. The net difference was only a few dollars, but Kirby stuck to his original estimate. His effort and the result means a great deal me. First Class effort! First Class individual.

Brakes have completely gone out on my 2016 Cadillac Escalade, the issue is under recall, I’ve been pimped out to numerous “client” service advisor’s voicemails and still haven’t gotten a call back, 48 hours in.I get that you may be busy servicing other vehicles, but are you so busy you can’t call back a customer that spent $60K on one of your vehicles?

I was contacted by Bentley and their Sales Person, Johnny Roberts, regarding the expiration of the lease on the 2016 Cadillac Escalade. Since I wanted to downsize, I did some preliminary research on a Crossover, and wanted the XT5. I then walked through several showrooms/lots including other brands. Two encounters with the service department now merit this review, the first was when I called and asked them to do the brakes on my 2007 CTS - they said they cant do the brake lines because of a liability issue - I guess thats how much faith they have in their mechanics. I took it to a small local shop and they did a great job. SECOND encounter was when there was a recall on the ignition/theft on the car, I took it in and asked them to also reprogram the stereo I purchased on eBay so it linked up to the computer. I came back to pick up the car, they did the recall and wanted to charge me $125 for them to tell me that they cant reprogram the stereo on the car. I said I dont mind paying people for doing something but Im not going to pay you for nothing. Their service technicians need to go back to school because the Chevy dealership was able to do it no problem.

My 2017 Caddy needed service. Your Service Rep Kirby Acklin took my phone call, arranged my appointment date/time. He then welcomed me when I arrived, took me to your lounge for coffee, then Brandon brought my loaner vehicle and I left for my office. Kirby later phoned me with news my car ready .I returned to Bentley, Kirby brought me my keys, he settled up my account and turned in my loaner. All encounters were highly professional, vert efficient, and all personnel MOST FRIENDLY! Had a bad experience with parts department. I came in to get parts for my 2016 malibu and the representative (steve) was not willing to go the extra mile and was rude, like I was not supposed to be in the area. I USED to take my escalade to get service but not no more thank you for showing your true color and anybody I have my escalade for sell due to this thanks a lot.
