I got 4 new tires, make an appointment if possible! Only took an hour. My salesman John A. Was courteous and professional.Helping me get a rebate, and he was very knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions. The whole team was great!

Theyre fast, affordable, and friendly. Ive bought a set of tires here and was happy with them. A different car had a leak so I brought it in and they found the problem (a small screw) and patched it free. Great place to go for tires.

This store does not lack and will attend to you before the doors even up at 8 am. Greg and his team do an amazing job. Customer service is always great and wait time is not bad either. Had a nail in my tire with a projected time of departure for 45 min. They got me in and out within 15-20 min. Great store and employees

First rate shop. Discount tire has figured out what so many employers try to they have nothing but happy employees. You can tell by the attitude in their jobs the smile on their face. I would love to say this discount tire is different than the rest but they arent Ive been a customer for over 25 years and theyre all the same Ive never met a bad soul yet. I dealt with both the retail and the mail order on the phone in person in emails and they never disappoint. Keep up the good job guys

They sure do have a system here. Normally Id fine that to be a pain. But they have definitely it down real smooth. I was seen quickly and my car was done much sooner then the estimated time and they were very busy.

Staff is very friendly. I always appreciate there excellent service. Being so good comes with a price. They are extremely busy. You will need a ride or sit around for several hours.

Discount Tire in Huntsville has been consistently providing peerless, top-notch service for years. Not only are their prices competitive (they’ll match other prices) and their inventory bountiful, the demeanor of the folks who work there is always affable and gracious, and certainly professional. It can’t be easy to bust a** all day long out in the shop and simultaneously be so courteous to all different manner of people that pour in each day, especially when a substantial number of those people are likely stressed out and in a bad mood from whatever situation that caused them to need new tires in the first place. I’ve never once had a bad experience there and neither has anyone in my family, and we’ve all been using them for over a decade.Best in town, hands down. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a blow out while it of town... Lucky it was 3 miles from here. They were very accommodating and got us back on our way in no time.

Wanted to send a shout out to Greg and the team for a Thursday job well done. I was at Huntsville State Park and had a flat on my camper. Was supposed to be checked out at noon and with the help of Discount Tire, the quickness of the intire team and the patients of the park, I was fixed up and on the road in no time.

Stopped in while driving cross county. Got a low pressure warning. Because of the holiday weekend they had a tire air pressure station set up in parking lot. Was able to get in and out quickly. Thanks

Have been needing new tires for awhile so I finally decided to do it one Saturday while I had some free time. Got online and made an appointment for that same day in the afternoon. I showed up and was helped immediately, ordered & paid for my tires that happened to be in stock & they were put on for me within minutes. I was back on the road roughly 35 minutes after arriving to the store. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. There was a 2 hour wait without an appointment & I was shocked that they maintained the upmost professionalism in sticking to their scheduled appointment times. Fantastic service, employees inside and out are friendly, efficient, and courteous. Never do J feel like a transaction, I always feel welcome, treated like an equal, and when I dont understand something (or have questions regarding anything), theyre generous with their time - to a point. Ive never walked away from here feeling taken advantage of, abused, or made to feel inferior. Recently bought a new car and as luck would have it, for a screw in the back right tire - slow leak. Theyre performance tires, costing nearly $400 a piece - the local Ford dealership had them, and I knew I could get them that day - I opted to special order them with Discount, waited a n extra day for it, and even paid to have them warranty each other tire (didnt know they offered that!). Been doing business with them for well into 20 years, and always will, because of this location, their crew, service, and environment.

I pulled into Discount tire after work around 3:30 p.m. because I noticed that I had a nail in my tire. I was informed at check-in that there were about 21 cars ahead of me. I didnt want to risk having a blowout on my way home so I waited. After about 45 minutes to an hour, a service tech came and asked me If a vehicle that did not fit the description of my was mine; I told him no as well as which vehicle was mine. He walked away and I sat an additional 2 hours waiting on my vehicle. It was ready, but I was not informed. I understand that things happen and, but communication is key.

I placed an order online yesterday afternoon for a set of four new tires for my 2008 Ford Edge and within a half-an-hour received a call from Ryan confirming my appointment for installation at 2 pm today.I arrived early and although I was not in any hurry, noticed that there were several customers ahead of me.I was out by 2:22 pm with a brand new set of Michelin tires and could not be more pleased with the care and outstanding customer service!

I rarely write reviews however Gregory Watson (store manager) at the Discount Tire in Huntsville, TX deserves one. I have always known what Discount Tires overall objective has been (and its not tires), its customer service and Gregory exemplified and confirmed this by making sure he did everything in his power to help me get back on the road after barely making it to his location. These guys do great work with all my vehicles. They have repaired tires for me at no charge, replaced tires for me when necessary and they are always fast and friendly. This is why I will continue to be a Discount Tire customer.

I visited discount tire today in Huntsville. I informed the salesman that I needed 2 front tires knowing I need to replace all 4 not getting paid again until next Friday I instructed the salesman that I wanted tires installed on the front I will be back next week for the back. Upon installation they come out telling me I have to buy a 3rd tire and I could not leave with that tire ( EXTORTION ) then installed a donut on the front and my two new tires on the rear. They said it they had to install tires this way after instructing not to touch the rear. These tire monkeys can’t follow simple instructions.

I came to the Huntsville location an hour after closing and they still replaced a flat tire that I had purchased 5 months ago and aired up another tire, free of charge. Their staff was also very friendly and helpful. Ill only use Discount Tire from now on.

I called this store to put some tires on hold since they had the only set available in Texas and I needed tires soon. I talked to two different people and they assured me they would hold them til I got out there in two days. I even offered to buy them to make sure I get them, but they turned it down and said putting them on hold is how they normally do it so it’s no big deal...I drove an hour and a half out there the day I said I would, only to find out they sold the tires. Good news though, they could get the tires...in 5 days...They didn’t have the tires I reserved, however, they DID have a lot of excuses as to why they got sold lol. The guy that helped me was nice, just don’t expect tires to be held at all lol

I would give more stars, but they dont do the things they advertise. ( Example) I asked about front end alignment. The response was we dont do them here. (Looking online later that day for a mechanic to align the front end. Guess who shows up first on Google search- you guessed it right. Discount tire. Also they were supposed to call us once they were done, but they did not. I see plenty of good reviews about them. They are mostly true. But to me the only thing I saw was a mess.) Other than that. Great place for tires ☺️

Walked in, employees heads came up but no one acknowledged me. No one said Ill be with you in a minute or nothing. The sad part was there was 4 people at the counters with no customers. Never seen nothing like it. I guess thats why they have places like Tire Rack. Sad!!! Tire Rack got the $1100.00. I would have felt better if one of the 4 said Ill be with you in a minute. After standing there for 20 minutes I walked out. Where have the customer service gone?

Ordered online, got a call asking if I was available for an earlier appointment than I originally scheduled (by 5 days), less than 1 hour between checkin and departure with my new tires. One of the smoothest tire buying experiences Ive had.

Told me 45 minutes when I called them. Told me when I got there I was next one in line s. I have been sitting for 1 hour 15 minutes still havent even to truck in Bay yet to work on it. Make sure not to have any plans or anything t schedule if you go here.Went to desk to ask about it they just said I still had one ahead of me they just shrugged their shoulders.They at least came out once that got my truck in and an let me know they would get done a quick possible.

Excellent service. We were traveling and had a flat tire just outside of Huntsville late in the afternoon. I called the store to see if they had a replacement in stock. They did. We were able to get tire replaced just before they closed. Were back on the road within 30 minutes!

Tire pressure indicator came on this morning and I went to get the pressure checked. The tech discovered a nail so I went to wait for a patch. They told me it could be 2 hours but had me out in a little over an hour. Very nice helpful staff.
