Dealt with Landon today and he got me and my wife into a great vehicle with less than perfect credit. The vehicle was already priced at KBB fair market, and he went above and beyond to make the payments I was comfortable with work for the vehicle we wanted.I spent most of the day dealing with used car lots and shady dealers and my wife and I had just about given up on getting a car until we pulled into Rocket City Rides. I worked with Adam just this week when I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster! I did a lot of research before reaching out to 1st Stop/L&M Ventures, but they had the best deal on the year, make, and model that I was looking for; not to mention, the mileage was exceptionally low. I expressed interest in the vehicle online, and Adam called me soon after. Right away he was very kind and professional. I consider myself to be a very intuitive person, and not once did I sense any kind of sales pressure from him. I set up a time to test drive the vehicle the next day. My husband and our two children came with me. The privately owned lot is small, but all of the cars were very nice and were in excellent condition. We test drove the Veloster and I knew right away that it was the car for me.As for financing, Redstone Federal wasnt able to assist me, which, needless to say, left me feeling pretty fearful and hopeless. I am currently recovering from some financial mistakes that I made in the past, but I have been working HARD to recover from those. I told Adam that RFCU wasnt able to assist, and thats when he came through with their preferred financing company. After I was approved, he even made a special call to push out the term of my loan in order to make my monthly payment more comfortable. Adam went above and beyond to help me get into the car that my heart had been set on. I also met Landon, the owner, and he was extremely kind and professional, as well! I would highly recommend Adam and Landon to anyone that I know. There was absolutely ZERO pressure during the buying process, and I think we all know how extreme the pressure can feel at a major dealership.Thank you, Adam, for your patience, your professionalism, and your kindness. I highly recommend 1st Stop Auto Sales. I purchased a vehicle from here and the sales service I received is far superior to any I’ve received from a new car dealership both during and after the purchase. Over a month after purchasing the vehicle, a tuner that was previously installed on it was found and they sent it to me. I never had to ask or question about it, they sent it knowing it belonged with the vehicle. Customer service like that is hard to find and speaks volumes about a company and how they operate.

I recently purchased a used car from 1st Stop Auto Sales and have been very pleased with the outcome. They were very professional and accomodating. Carfax information, available history of the cars are all provided and the cars are very clean.

Buyer beware!!!! This dealer fits the the true definition of used car salesman and they do not stand behind the cars they sale. I bought a car there at the end of Nov 2018 and 2 weeks after buying the car I noticed major leak coming in through sunroof and doors. I am removing at least 2 inches of water each time it rains. When I went to them so that they can fix the problem they looked at it but the problem continued after they assured they fixed the problem. I took the car to a profesional and they said it would cost $3,000 to fix and obviously they didn’t help pay to fix it. I told them I wanted my money back and they told me they could give me the trade in value of the car which $3500 less then what I gave them. They knew the problem existed before they sold the car and they still sold it. Bad business practice. Bad people to deal with. Would not recommend this place to anyone.In response to your comment I am going to end this with that I hope karma treats you the same way you treat your clients. The SME experts said someone had done a terrible job with the sunroof and it was a rigged job. Not what you are claiming that the car was on an angle which is completely stupid.
