Great place to find craft stuff, but there was no framing department at the Huntsville AL store or the Florence AL store so I could not frame me design or use my Joann Framing Coupon that came in the mail. This guy had two large bolts of fabric he was trying to stuff in this little car.

This location usually has amazing employees. Tracy, Katie and Liz(? I think that is her name) are amazing, Ive been helped by Lisa a few times and her energy is so welcoming. Maria as helped me a few times and was wonderful. Lately Ive been dreading going because of a few employees, one of them is the store manager several times I have gone in, she was rude. So I have been going later in the day to avoid her, then Chevi hasnt been friendly, her customer service is very lacking, she was complaining to another employees and sitting on a stool. I get that people have bad days but it always seems that Chevi and Frans bad day is everyday. Apart from this I usually can find everything for a new project and get help with it.

I love Joanns! They have almost anything you need for any arts and crafts project you might even get dream of doing. Their prices are a little high. But the convenience of having it all in one store is usually worth the extra buck.

Last week I went with my mom to pick out fabric for her to make a quilt. At the cutting table and then again at the front register Gigi was very helpful and had a great happy, peppy attitude. Above and beyond for customer service.

Joanns fabrics huntsville is an adequate store. Many times i go and i can not find what i want. Today i went to find some lace to finish a hem on a cocktail dress and there was none. I wanted something with lace- not biased tape. I left with nothing...many times there r lines at cutting table.

Employees here are great and very attentive. Very knowledgeable on their current stock. I would choose to come here over ordering online because they definitely are a great store.

The store was mostly nice and friendly with a good selection. The middle-aged lady who was petty and laughed because I asked a question and could hear her response, not so much. But like she said, ...she was taught in French terms so sometimes we dont make sense.... I still said hello when I approached her to check out and she said she was already ready to go at 1030am. I told her I was the one who asked the question but I dont think she cared. I will be back because everyone else was really helpful

The staff has for the most part always been friendly.... The smallest selection of fabric Ive seen at any Joanns/fabric store ever. The lines are always ridiculous. Ive seen so many people get tired of waiting and leave. 0/10 would not recommend. If you can make it to another store definitely go there instead.

People who are working there were very helpful and kind. This was my first visit and I hope future visits will be as pleasant.

Jo-Anns is a well-organized store, with friendly employees. They have some very cute Easter decor and a great ribbon aisle. Lots of great coupons to be had through their app.

We arrived at this store at 6:50 and Liz would not lets in. She said sorry we closed at 7. We said but its not 7. She said sorry we cant let you in we stopped letting people in at 630. We said its not 7. They wouldnt let us in even though we explained we had driven 40 minutes to get there.Poor service. We have spent a lot of money at this store but we wont be spending any more.

Very nice selection of material and trim for all uses prices are dependent on projects so some things will be more than others. Also have very nice selection of items for lots of other hobbies but, not everything so it really depends on the projects or hobbies you are looking for. We will definitely return for the fabric selection we are about to redo several chairs and other very old prices of furniture. Staff was very pleasant and helpful on our visit. If your looking for some hobbies theyre not as stocked for everything but at least have a decent variety of basic supplies and have lots of special order fabrics if your looking for really old styles like antiques or Draperies but some are on higher price end so keep that in mind when deciding on what your looking for and try to catch the sales and clearance items.

I go because its what we have. Its clean, bright, nicely located and rarely runs out of anything. Fabric selection is mediocre, especially for knits, apparel, and utility fabrics. Yarn selection takes up two aisles, at least 80% of which are synthetic. The bead selection is actually pretty great, except that precision 6/0, 10/0, and 11/0 seed beads arent offered at all. A lot of space is devoted to jewelry notions, but most of it is mystery metal; only a few very simple stainless and silver items are offered. The notions section seems good, with separate areas for quilting and general sewing. Patterns are usually well stocked, and pattern prices are often fantastic. The staff is also a bright spot, generally kind and personable.

Shelves arent stocked, employees seem frazzled, employees behind fabric counter unprofessional with conversions, online saying something is in stock at store and it isnt. Every time Ive gone in Ive been disappointed.

Been to joanns many times and Liz has always been great to me even when the person before me was rude to her she was patient and kind..Maybe if mitch shelton had done like one of my professors had taught me and managed his time better he could have gotten there earlier and gotten in. just because you didnt leave enough time to get there is no reason to take it out on staff. Had the misfortune of dealing with Liz at the front counter, very rude. Wont be back to this store. Have always had better customer service at the other craft stores in the area. And what is the point of online pickup when you still have to wait in a line of 8-10 customers and 2 cashiers.

Once again there was only one person cutting fabric for a line of six people, two of which were having multiple pieces cut for quilting and I put my choice of trim to be cut back on the shelf. I did stand in line for the one cashier to check me out for about 10 minutes because I bought several spools of thread at your buy 3 get 3 free store sale which was a decent deal along with a 20% off coupon. My question is, why dont you have more than one person cutting ever? The store seems lacking in organization which is, again, because of being short staffed. I really hope it improves.

Great choices! Most people think its all fabric but they have awesome beading and cake decorations.
