Buffalo Rock was a pleasure to deliver to. Everyone was helpful and very easy to deal with. The docks can be a little tight depending on which one you get and if there are trailers in the docksnext to yours. I was setting up to back into one of the tight ones and the switcher, without even being asked told me to hold on and went out of his way to move an empty from a door to make it an easy move for me. You dont see that too often! And, I was unlaoded within 45 mins! My experience here was terrific. Wish every place was this way!

Company is not bad. Its the new management. Tim Elliot is one of the new in house managers besides the new manager above him Eric Kirkpatrick. Tim asked me to out anybody that was bad mouthing him behind closed doors and called some of the pickers lazy workers. Hes older so he communicated a lot of things that either werent happening or things that were going to change too soon. The new managers placed him in the division warehouse manager pos before a manager that had been there 10years prior and more qualified but I guess thats how it goes huh? The new management is sneaky. They will smile in your face and have you write up for something you were never coached about. They have no policy, they create is as events happen and thats poor management for this Huntsville, AL Division.

Great people quick unload

Receiver was nice and they offloaded me fast.

Picked up a load here. Three trucks ahead of me, took about two and a half hours to get loaded. Not bad

If you dont want to waste your time, dont choose them, bad service, bad management, special front desk is bad attitude .I dont know why such a big company manages, things are out of stock every time. They dont care about customer. Because they are BUFFALO ROCK ！！！！
