Of course I enjoyed Barnes & Noble. So many books!! and toys for the kids.

I am a book nerd. So Barnes and Noble and BAM are the only two places in town to get lost in time for a while. In general, their books are pricey, but seek out the sales.

I have ALWAYS loved bookstores and this is a nice chain. But, I hate that they took out the big comfy chairs they use to have for their customers. It was always such a treat to get a Starbucks and peruse. But no more. 😥. Now they dont even have their regular little tables and chairs available in the corner by the magazines. Bookstores need chairs!

Friendly staff, clean environment and they have any kind of book you wish to read and if they dont have it. They will order it for you.

Great as always! I will ALWAYS support book stores, big or small. Employees here are always top notch and superb. It always seems the person behind the counter is very knowledgeable about what they have/dont have, and they usually suggest a couple more reading suggestions based on what Im getting which is very helpful.

Just looking around & tried the lucky charms Cookie at the Bridge Street Town Centre location in Huntsville, AL.

People very friendly and helpful. Went in looking for a particular book and was found within minutes of me being there. Even ended up getting a few more books. Very happy with this BnN.

Doesnt seem like they handle their books carefully here. Bent edges, entire books warped, ripped pages, and once there was even a 1x1/2 inch hole on the back cover of one! Im a fan of B&N, but unfortunately not this one.

When I go in, whether for specific books, or just looking, the staff has always been responsive and their attitude positive and helpful. But if youre in a hurry and think you need it now, then call ahead. As for me, I never go to a library or a bookstore if Im in a rush...both should be perused and savoured, much like a decent dining experience.If Im unable to find the book(s) Im looking for, Ill ask for an assist. If its in the store theyll help me locate it. If its not, the person often calls the other store and itll be placed on hold for me. Should neither store have it, theres always an offer to order the book(s) for me. So for me the staff/service has been terrific!The store has been clean, though I will say the property owner should repair the leaky roof and replace the stained ceiling tiles.How the books are organized sometimes leads to an adventure, but thats why Ill ask someone to check the computer.And just like many other brick and mortar stores these days, there are times one needs to actively search out an employee. When I do find someone they have mostly been either helping other customers, stocking books, or working the register.Bottom line, my experience with the staff and book selection have been excellent; book organization may need some attention; but the leaky roof needs repair.

Found what I was looking for very quickly. The employees were also helpful and available. I did notice the reduction in paperbacks /fiction available.

I came in for a book, knew exactly where the book was and also wanted to get a coffee. I was greeted with “we close in 5mins” I said ok, I would still like to order my coffee. I was told a second time “we close in 5mins” and was blankly stared at. I looked at the cashier and said, “ you close in 5mins, Which means the drink would be done in less than 1 min. Not only did she not serve me, once I walked away another customer came up and was waited on and was still getting their drink as I checked out and left the store with my book. I understand being the “last min” shopper but being rude with a customer service position is unacceptable!! Do better!

We called a few times about a cd it showed instock on lime.... A gentleman told me it was sold out. We call a few hrs later... A lady answered and went amd retrieved the cd off the shelf for us. We pick it up at customer service and go to checkout and then the old man at checkout was very hateful refused checkout and the other cashier proceeded to check us out. If i had to guess... He was the liein Sob who told us the product wasnt there i stead of goin to look for it turning business away. What a scrooge!!!

Made a calandar return which was very easy and I bought a book with the return money. I bought Hillbilly Elegy. Very easy transaction

Excellent selection of books and other materials to satisfy what youre looking for. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well organized. There are many categories of subjects throughout the store and there are signs to let you know where youre particular category is located. There is also a coffee shop inside with seating so that you can enjoy having conversations while enjoying your coffee. Overall I am satisfied with my experience and will shop here again.

Book stores arent really what they used to be, but this one seems pretty nice. Also, in Jones Valley so the drive will be pretty. Also, good shopping center with a lot going on.

I love B and N. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoy taking my children here. They have a nice section for the little ones to play, read, and do activities. However, we have been disappointed that comfortable seating for adults or the disabled has been removed from all areas of the store except the cafe.My grandmother can no longer come in and shop with us because there is no seating for her. She cant stand or walk for very long at a time. So, browsing the aisles is impossible for her.

They have many books on just about any subject. You can choose a book that interests you and buy something to drink and eat at their coffee shop. Then sit in a comfortable chair and read the book and decide if you want to purchase the book. There is no pressure to buy anything and the employees are friendly and stand ready to help you. All you need to do is ask. If you like books, I recommend you check this place out.

We found books we wanted and other things we liked so it was good but expensive.

I, also, have shopped here for years. I worked here a couple years ago. Great place to shop and work. No pressure for sales, but the staff is friendly and helpful. Some are not so personable but its nothing personal. Theyre just kind of book geeks. They are helpful, too, if you ask.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Was not impressed with my visit today. If it werent for the fact that my husband recently bought a membership, I would not return to this store. The 1st person I asked for assistance was sitting at the information desk, her name is Shannon, acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me. She looked up my request in the computer and then just walked away from the desk and I wasnt sure whether or not I was supposed to follow her so I followed her all over the store. When she finally found my item she just took one off the shelf shoved it in my hands and walked away. I needed additional assistance finding two other books but after my first experience i wanted to ask someone else to help me. As I walked past the information desk shannon was on her phone. I then found a second older woman to help me and she was just as rude as shannon. Neither one engaged me in finding my items, nor did they even ask if i needed help with anything else. The only saving grace on this trip was the fact that the cashier Zeke was nice. Simply put this visit sucked.

I for one am glad to still have true book stores. Even though they are a major chain retailer and do e-books also, they have a large selection of all genres of books from recreation, romance, religion, cooking, sci-fi, fantasy, manga, and many more. Including expanding out to boardgames and card games, with a large childrens section set up all in its own zone with benches inside to encourage parents to sit down and read a book to their little ones while still in store. This kind of store is becoming a dying breed. There are several book stores here in the area, both large chains and mom/pop shops. I encourage all to savor these stores while able.

Basic solid B&N. Not too crowded during the week, so a good time to stop in for browsing and caffeine.

Teri T was the cashier. I asked a simple question what button x(red) or o(green) for credit. Her smart, rude response was not warranted or appreciated. Employees like her are what makes people shop Online.

Apparently they don’t want business from people who work during the day. Closing at 6 is not helping you guys. And on top of that their front door still prominently shows their old store hours. There’s a piece of paper with really small font showing their new store hours off to the side.

I recently bought some manga and vinyl records here, and have no complaints at all. They have a huge selection of graphic novels and normal novels, as well as board games. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. 💚

The cafe guy..I think his name was Harley was very helpful. I wasnt sure what I wanted and he made several suggestions and was very satisfied with one of those choices 😉.

Nothing extraordinary, just a normal visit to B & N. One of the things my kids like about B & N, in addition to their selection of books, is their selection of educational toys like science experiment kits, trivia games, architectural Lego sets, etc. The man at the checkout counter was friendly and interacted pleasantly with the kids.

Very helpful when I returned & exchanged the 4 books that were too complicated for my Autistic daughter,Jazzy & the guy at the front desk took me to a section that had classics like Black Beauty. We picked out Peter Pan, Mr.Rogers book of poems, adventures of Huckleberry Finn, & Little Women.

The employees are always so kind and helpful. Hands down one of my most favorite stores to visit.
