I went to smell the fairytale fragrance that I saw on Facebook and it smells great, I purchased the mist and lotion.

This store is always clean. It’s always organized. The staff is friendly and it always changes for the season. You buy nice candles or you can purchase a very cologne and/or perfume. Bath and Bodyworks also has make and female offerings for lotions or body washes. The best deals are always when you purchase multiple items, but you won’t be disappointed with the products.

Bright and polished decor with lots of neatly organized smelly stuff. And I mean lots. Always burning a candle at home so it is nice to drop in and check out the latest fragrance. Favorite product is the hand cream aromatherapy stress relief in eucalyptus spearmint. It helps me fall asleep fast. This shop is always well staffed.

Why can’t they post accurate opening hours? Walked all the way out here in the pouring rain. Several others walked up trying to come here too. They just left us all standing out in the rain.

Took my neice shopping. She was so excited that they put her things in her own bag, and she carries it the entire time. The employees were all nice and helpful. They made her feel important!!!

They took such good care of me! My bag had ripped due to the day of constant rain. Both of my candles I had purchased early shattered. I went back to see if they could help in anyway and the awesome cashier exchange them! Everyone in there was helpful and so kind. I know this time of year it can be a struggle for retail workers, so I really wanna stress how appreciative I am to their efforts. Id recommend this location!

This store is a trap. Its my kryptonite. DO NOT ENTER!! They entice you with wonderful smells and even better sales which means youre guaranteed to walkout with a bag full of goodies. The staff is fun and that doesnt help the shopping experience at all because theyre not helping when they show you the new scents and new products that arrived. Im in there so much I received a coupon from a fellow shopper a new product straight out of the back and I believe an application. LoL. I love this store but I have to take this in moderation. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Its definitely worth a visit.

Love this place, everyone is so nice and helpful. Unfortunately they need to update there time on the website and also their store. Showed up at 8:30 hoping I could grab a few quick things before they closed at 9. They were already closed at when I arrived (8:25). If you are going to advertise that you are open till 9, keep the doors open. Waste of time and gas.

The staff is always friendly. Theres always a deal going on. Its tricky when trying to use coupons though. I once had $10 off purchase, and the cashier only pretended to scan it. Really?? So I dont spend money here unless Im out of one of my favorites or if the deal is worth it.

Just your run-of-the-mill Bath-And-Body-Works. Nothing special, although I have noticed that when you go in during the night the staff seems to be in a better mood than during the day. They have great deals as well, and they somehow convince me to keep buying soaps although I already have a stockpile in my home to last another 2 years.

I prefer the Parkway location. Better selection there.

An employee named Mark helped me buy a blueberry candle today (August 16 at 5pm) and he was the BOMB. Super nice, friendly, and helpful along with the other staff. This is my favorite candle store 💕
