I was in town for a trip and decided to check out the mall. While browsing Matt and I had a great conversation about my work and helped me find the right gear I needed for it. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Personable workers who know their stuff. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store and have had the issue of being watched like a hawk every time I go in. Today, however, was worse. I came in looking for clothes to wear to The Hangout and my trip to France. After being initially greeted, I was asked two additional times if everything was alright...in around a 4 minute time span. Then, whenever I asked to be put into a dressing room, the woman who opened the door proceeded to hand count each item I had, only after I’d told her six and split the clothing between my hands (three items in one hand, three in the other). She then took my Forever 21 bag to the front while I changed. I understood her taking my shopping bag, but the fact that she proceeded to KNOCK on my dressing room door TWO MINUTES INTO ME CHANGING IS UNACCEPTABLE. It also sounded like she looked in my bag, but I’m not 100% sure she did. If she did, then that too is not acceptable since I had done nothing to be labeled as a thief. I want a peaceful shopping experience but the way they view me, and apparently other customers from reviews I’ve read, is unacceptable. It spikes my anxiety. I shouldn’t have even bought the one top that I did today. I wanted to try on different sizes in the outfits I’d picked out but was so disturbed and uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to bother with it.It’s the 21st century. Put security tags on all your items and stop harassing guests. This is uncalled for and frankly, I don’t want to return. Pity because y’all have the nicest things in this mall too.

Ive been in the store a number of times and made a few purchases. They have a nice store with quality items but the staff has never greeted me or asked if I needed anything. I like supporting local, small businesses but this last time I was in there the employee stood behind the counter browsing their phone or looking at a tablet. I just remember that they werent very focused on the people in the store and it was a pretty busy day also.

Been to the store several times & it is always a great experience!! The staff seems very educated on all the items they sell in the store. I was trying to find a gift for a friend of mine the other day and 2 of the employees, Brianna & Kristin went above & beyond to help me with my purchase. Will continue to support a small local business, with great employees.

Nice store! But no mens clothing at all. Mostly things you can find everywhere else for cheaper.

Visited this store for the first time today and tho i seen lots of nice merchandise i didnt buy anything because i was appalled at the behavior of a young male staff member to a potential customer. The young man was looking around and for no visible reason the staff member began harassing him and very rudely and with unnecessary aggression told him to leave the store with no explanation as to why or what the young man did to be treated that way. VERY unprofessional in a place of business.

We have purchased items from your store numerous times and have had pleasant experiences until recently. While Christmas shopping there recently, my wife wanted to try on a clothing item and was told by one of the salesclerks that she had to leave her purse hanging on the outside of the dressing room or at the register. Obviously, you have a shoplifting problem, especially this time of the year. However, expecting a customer to leave their purse hanging on the outside of the dressing room for ANYONE to steal or at the register (where ANYONE can steal from it or another customer may wrongly claim it) is both offensive and careless on your part. Either someone needs to stay at the dressing room door to count the number of merchandise entering and exiting, or you should provide lockers to lock up purses/shopping bags to ensure that your customers belongings are safe. I dont know if that was a management policy or the salesclerk interpretation of your policy, but you need to explore different options to prevent shoplifting while protecting your paying customers.

I a 16 year old was wrongly accused of “stealing” while being there on a school field trip and called out in front of all my friends for “stealing” after a young male had checked me out & after throwing away my receipt cops stopped me before I left the store (didn’t even watch the footage yet) I went back to where I had thrown my receipt away & walked with the cops back into the store to the young man who had took my money for the item & accused me of stealing I work hard I would never once think of stealing I’m a dual enrollment student & I work for extra money or get money from my parents so after the embarrassment of not doing anything & the cops accusing me & repeatedly saying if you confess we will take you to jail. Was very unprofessional for a store that’s supposed to be “professional” & didn’t even watch the footage & accused me before knowing. Won’t be back.

Wouldnt recommend this store at all, as you can read other reviews, other people have same opinion. Merchandise doesnt Hold up and clothes fade and are poor quality and are not worth the money.

Beautiful selection of boutique style clothes, lots of Patagonia appeal, great jewelry, super friendly staff! Most of my wardrobe is from Leaf in Creek. Its not your typical mall store, lets just say way cooler!! A store for those who like to live life outdoors!

My favorite store in Huntsville, they have the best gear in the area and are the most friendly staff to work with. The knowledge base is huge with Kayaks, bikes, camping and everything outdoors and their unique botique area is amazing.

Store has very restrictive return policy. My son bought me a shirt there that was the wrong size. They would not allow me to exchange or trade it in for another. So $40.87 down the drain. We will not be going back there. 😭

Only giving this a one star rating because I had to, to write this review.. Loved the store and the merchandise. But both employees were one foot away from me or my husband keeping an eye on us like we were going to steal something from there. Very uncomfortable and rude. I planned on looking around and buying something but after being watched and followed around the store I hurried out and will probably never revisit. Thats not how you treat customers and if you have to tell employees to act that way then your store needs better security. Ive never stole anything in my life and to be watched and followed like that was a bit much! Please handle this issue..
