He is fast, accurate, honest, knowledgeable, and very fair. Ive enthusiastically recommended him to locals AND people in other towns and states as well. Hes simply the best!

There’s no calling ahead for an appointment just to wait for impersonal, immature and only marginally competent service. When they say something will be ready, it is – and I don’t mean days and weeks, but hours in most cases that we’ve dealt with them over the past few years. WOW! Thank you Pedro and Amy at Computer World! I am so thankful I did not waste the time and money to ship my laptop back to ASUS for repair before asking you guys! I had made the mistake of attempting to replace the battery on a high end ASUS laptop used for video editing. I tried following a YouTube video through the disassembly and reassembly process, but by the time I put the whole thing back together (a very complicated procedure), the new battery was not charging and there was a static coming from the speakers, but no sound. I was so disappointed after spending several hours on it. I didn’t have the heart to open it back up and go through it all again. Suddenly I remembered Computer World and hoped they could work on it without me having to send it back to ASUS. In only a few short days from drop off, Pedro got me all fixed up again and the laptop was back alive like new. Equally impressive was the very fair price he charged me to repair it! They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose and fix the problem with my laptop and did so for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay.

This is an outstanding service. They have repaired my computers, performed necessary and custom operating system rebuilds on older computers, and they have sold me new systems at a far better price than I could have received anywhere else. Their repair expertise is so far ahead of other Geek Squad services that comparison is ridiculous. Their work is excellent, their prices are very reasonable, and they are prompt. This is by far the best computer service company in this city.

There are not enough stars here to say what this service meant to me. My computer used in my business crashed last Thursday evening, and when my online service backup could not restore, I looked for someone that might be able to retrieve the data. Feel very fortunate to have found Computer World and Pedro. He worked almost all afternoon Friday retrieving the data and late into the evening setting up a desk top and laptop - which I was able to purchase from him - after the retailer I normally used had no desk top at any of their stores - and also no one with anywhere near the expertise of Pedro to advise me. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. The service was outstanding from the initial phone call. Without his help, there would have been no way to get out a job that I have due today. So a special thanks to him!!!!! Huntsville is lucky to have someone with such expertise!!!!

Not overly impressed. Ive twice paid for repairs which didnt fix the problems on two separate computers. And it bugs the crud out of me to now see the suggestion to leave a review for them pop up on my new computer, unrelated to them, because they programmed it to be the home page in Chrome on my old computer when they were repairing it. (The old computer crashed too soon after repairs for me to have changed it.)

Disappointed that they no longer take electronics for recycling. They need to update the web.

My MacBook Pro needed a new hard drive because it was barely running. I stopped in right before closing one night and since he had the new hard drive I wanted, he was able to install it and have my computer back to me the next day by noon. Such great customer service and fast turnaround. Writing this from my computer that wasnt even working yesterday! Will use for all of my computer needs from now on!

Pedro is awesome & knows his stuff. You need a power cable? hes got 3 lengths. Need some help rebuilding? He has the know how. Need some decent advice on a laptop or computer for family. He can point you in the right direction or build you one thats better.

Website says they buy circuit boards. They do not. Website is misleading and should be changed in effort to not waste people’s valuable time. Other than that, the man I spoke with was polite and courteous.

I needed a very tiny screw to install my NVMe SSD on to my motherboard, these are going for $7+ on Amazon, and they let me come in and go through their screw bins to find one for free! They gave me the screw for free! This might not sound like a lot but Im not paying $7 for smallest screw youve ever seen. Thanks Computer World!

I had shampoo spill inside my computer on a trip. Computer was dead but he saved my files. All within 24 hrs. Not expensive either. Definitely recommend them!!

I told Pedro that I needed my new hard-drive partitioned and the data on my old one saved all within a day, he heard my circumstance and dedicated his day to finishing the job. Much better service and pricing than corporate services like Geek Squad provide, will always be going back to Huntsville Computer World!
