Convienient location to our hotel with the personal care items or medical supplies you may need.
Very good. Had what I needed. Very willing to answer your questions and help you find what is needed.
The pharmacy here is always top notch. The check out service is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about sales and willing to help. If this isnt your go to pharmacy you really should make it so.
Pharmacy is open late but this location can be quite busy at times.
CVS on Whitesburg is probably the best pharmacy in Huntsville. The people that work at CVS are very helpful, friendly, and expedite the process of delivering your medications to you in a timely manner.
They were very helpful and accommodating. I couldnt get my whole 90 day supply, so they gave me a 30 day and took the time to give me the pricing over the phone. They had it ready when quoted. The young lady that helped me at pickup around 6 pm, she didnt have a name tag, but she is a petite brunette, and she was very nice and professional
This is my favorite CVS location in Huntsville. The store is always clean and well stocked and they always have their sales and promotions displayed well. Also, the staff at this location has been great. They are very friendly and helpful.
Greatly appreciate the female pharmacist who has been so helpful to my family. Love the convenient hours! Switched to this pharmacy because they do the work to make sure to get the prescription insurance coverage that we are entitled to receive.
Excellent staff went above and beyond to help me when I had my prescriptions filled at a different location, and that location was closed when I got there. Theyre always happy and kind when I see them and pick up from this location.
This place is amazing. I was running out of a prescription I need to live and function normally. Alexis stayed on the phone with me for 5 minutes trying to find a way to get me my medicine and keep me safe and healthy. You can trust this place! Staff is unheard of.
Good cleaning store
Very rude staff especially Cisco (who is also suposedly the manager) who refused to help me because he was “busy” then walked off while i was asking where i might find something will never come back to any CVS ever.
Pharmacist was rude and short on the phone.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Many times when I pick up my medicine, they mention possible drug interactions, which I really appreciate. Most of the pharmacies Ive been to dont do that. A couple of times when I was at the window, I asked Andrew to get me something off the shelf and he was happy to help. Excellent customer service!
I had some magnets made in the photo department at the Whitesburg location & I would have to say I would give Amanda 100 stars if I could she is absolutely the best at helping you get exactly what you want & her customer service is second to none!!
I called and asked if something was in-stock bc the website said it was. Cashier and manager both said no, I went with my gut and drove 25 minutes to check anyway. 2 were in-stock, found them in less than 1 minute. Very disappointed in this locations detail to customer service!
I have been dealing with a painful, very widespread abcess tooth and resorted to going to the ER last night for relief. I was given an antibiotic and a pain killer. I initially attempted to fill it at the Walgreens in Madison on Hwy 72. They were going to make me wait over an hour and finally, were going to charge me close to $40 due to lack of any insurance and lack of special programs to help with cost. I called CVS on Whitesburg at 7:30. They close at 8, but told me if I get there before then theyll fill it. They were super friendly, and the female, blonde pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. I was amazed that it only took five minutes to fill and because of their programs to help with costs, was going to charge me half of what Walgreens would have. I will definitely keep CVS at the top of my list going forward.
CVS has been responsible for continuous barrage of robo calls and text messages. This issue is finally causing me to move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I would not recommend the drugstore.
Pharmacy is leaps and bounds better than the competition. Staff is courteous, friendly and efficient!
Its always clean, the hours are convenient and with it being so close to the hospital, a lot of good-looking paramedics come in there. No joke, all you single ladies pay attention.
My husband and I ran by the Whitesburg CVS to fill his meds after leaving the DRs office.Sarah is our favorite pharmacist so my husband Alan asked if she was there. The girl at the drop off acted all offended because Sarahs named was mentioned. My husband was in the restroom when the prescription was ready and I noticed it was only one bottle when my husband was expecting 2. I confronted her and she said it was to early to pick one up.I said when will it be ready and she replied she didnt remember but the computer will let us know. She was rude and lazy and wasnt even going to tell us until she was asked.I forget her name but she is the over 6 tall white girl with dark hair.Shes not a Pharmacist and tries to abuse any power she does have.We go in there at least twice a month and dont appreciate being treated that way. Lucinda & Alan
I spend a lot of money at this CVS. Every time on average I may spend $50 to $300 in merchandise while waiting on a prescription to be filled. This morning I was served at the front register by a cashier I assume her name was Lisa according to my receipt, young brunette with a frown on her face. I get that we all have bad days but she was extremely rude. I kept apologizing for whatever I did to make her upset and she said nothing just continued to be angry, and I had not done anything except be nice, I just felt so bad for her upset mood that maybe I thought the fact of her having to ring me up got on her nerves?
Convenient, clean and open late.
I woulda given it 5 stars if I went more often, but th times I HAVE been were perfect!
If I can put 0 stars on this I would they are the most judgmental people on the planet.DO NOT EVER GO THERE. I strongly suggest going to a different CVS and avoid at all costs!! They treat you like you are ignorant and they do not respect you and treat you like you are a hole in the ground. please take my advice and never ever go to the CV, try any other one I promise youll have a better experience. The old guy working there cant even hardly hear it is so rude! They lie and manipulate you to get your business then you drive 30 minutes and get turned away anyway this sad establishment shouldnt even be one! They are an absolute joke!!!! Corporate you really need to help your pharmaceutical department because I will be contacting you!!!!
Been there only twice and both times the employee Andrew Russell refused to help! but just pointed where its at and when didnt find the item both times he said we r out both times I asked him to check on the back and both times he refused... what the hell is wrong with him? I love the other cvss but this one just was a horrible experience for me and I would never go back! trashy location with trashy rude employees or at list this one was.
I like CVS because I coupon and they always have great deals but lately they dont have the deals on the shelf! Its like every I try to buy something it is out! Very frustrating...but the people in there are always very friendly and helpful!
Poor customer service. Cecilia is very arrogant and rude. She handed me my prescriptions and told me to go to another cvs. My sister is a pharmacist and its generally protocol to call the other pharmacy for the customer to make sure the other pharmacy has it available. She threw it at me and told me to go to another pharmacy and then shut the window in my face while I was still speaking. We live in a customer service world, and this was very bad service.
Although staff is nice they seem uninformed about many things and tend to have registers down when there should be 2 open. The main complaint is over price. Their generics run only a dollar under what brand names are. I bought a bottle of pre-natal gummy vitamins today and I kid u not they were $11 (generic) that could have been $7 at Walmart. Just stick with the must haves and RXs.
The staff was fast and friendly. Very impressed.
If you close at 12, and you lock the door at 11:50 with customers in the store, you might be pissing somebody off who walked from home to buy a single bottle of Gatorade so they wouldnt continue throwing up everywhere.
The pharmacy of this company in multiple locations has been a joke for over seven years. Automatic renewals on old prescriptions we never asked for. I had them actually remove us from their system because they couldn’t stop it. We haven’t been back in a few years. This time it was a policy to only fill every prescription the hospital gave us even though the hospital told us we didn’t need to get them all because we self insure and the prices of were very high. If I had torn off the one we needed we wouldn’t have had a problem but instead it’s this nonsense. We will just start at pharmacy first next time.
The worst and rudest staff Ive ever experienced. My latest experience involved Andrew saying were out and shutting the door on my face while I was speaking. They treat my like a second class citizen every time I go there. Awful.
Store is indeed open 24 hours, but the pharmacy isnt. Id change it but I dont know if you can set more than one set of hours for a location.
Fix your hours. Stop advertising what you dont do.
Great service
Not 24 hours.
