Very helpful and friendly staff. They gave great advice on a home DiY project. They have a good inventory, and the prices are good. Highly recommend.

The respect they showed in tearing up my shared driveway was appalling. The amount of money they spent on sending another crew and their truck to try and pull out the stuck truck far outweighed the cost of calling a local tow service to winch them out and would have saved my driveway.

Excellent selection of Trim-Tex. They also have a guy who reasonably rebuilds automatic taping tools!

There may be perceived convenience to big-box stores but the classic American family owned business is alive and well at RCD. Great customer service, high quality products, competitive prices. I was impressed when the delivery guys told me they have been working for RCD for over 20 years. To me, that says a lot about a business.
