It was busy but got through everyone quickly. Friendly and helpful folks at the service desk.

For an electric supply store, they are lacking in electric supplies. I went looking for a basic set of resistors. After waiting ten minutes for the employee to realize someone was in the store, I asked, and he started at me like I had asked for something very rare, slowly shaking his head. After an uncomfortable pause of him staring blankly at me, I thanked him and walked away. Save your time and go somewhere with more supplies and a more knowledgeable staff.

Why would you charge $936 bucks for a $736 purchase and tell the customer thats how you do things? I see that a scam and taking money that doesnt belong to you. Actually you did it on 2 different purchases. I hope you have the decency to correct your mistake?
