Their ok was a little rude on the phone not the best customer service Stan leopard was very rude in his emails when I was trying to get hats made Stan has very little customer service skills and the older lady that answers the phone is very rude I say if you can get by her and not have to deal with Stan leopard you would be ok I would not recommend using them if you have to deal with the older lady or stan

I absolutely love the t-shirts that Elite screen printed for me!!! I wanted light color shirts, because Ill be out in the sun metal detecting. Their Artist was able to take the logo from my business card and turn it into black lettering for my tan color shirts. Excellent quality, friendly customer service, and quick turnaround time! If I ever need more t- shirts, Ill definitely be going back to Elite!

Elite does great work. I have been very pleased with all of the work I have had done there. That could be said about a lot of screen printer shops. What keeps me coming back is the professional, yet personal attention given to me by Melissa. On quite a few of my orders, she has guided me through and helped me with my color choices and designs. Every time I have been satisfied with the end product; but again, what keeps me coming back is the customer service offered by Melissa; she never made me feel like just a customer.

Total waste of time. I went to inquire about getting my graduation stole embroidered, sat down & drew out everything that I wanted, was told I would be contacted and given price, as well as time of when they’d have it done. No one contacted me, emailed me, followed up with me or nothing. A business that doesn’t even follow up with its “potential” clients? Def not a fan.
