HORRIBLE service. Waited months for the materials to come in. Then the installer Scott came out, DID NOT FINISH THE JOB and continues to not come back out and finish and still bill us as if the job is done. The garage doors showed up damaged, trim was half way installed to where we still get water into our building where the trim/doors is supposed to keep it out. If you need your garage doors done do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. By the way its been 2 months since the half-a** job was done and we still havent received any call or email back from Wilson to come and fix what they did not finish. I definitely will be contacting BBB for this.Update: finally received a call and they refused to come out and finish the job but are still gonna bill us as if the job was completed. INSANE

Trying to go through a warranty claim through them and it has been nothing but a head ache. 3 weeks and nothing. I have to manually open and close my garage door and they have been saying they would get out here and nothing. I understand they are short staffed, but they won’t even give me a day.

As a realtor Im very disappointed in what this company has done to an install for my personal home. Not only did they not complete the job that my husband had asked them to do but they continue to not finish it out 100% and still charge him. Whenever it rains, water still gets inside our garage from where the doors were installed. Shame on you Wilson Garage, this isnt the proper way to do business.

I called multiple places after 5pm on a Friday after my garage door *imploded* as I tried to close it. My kids were in the car, I needed to leave, I obviously couldnt now because there was no way to close it. None of the supposedly 24/7 service providers could help me until Monday! Wilsons not only answered my call, but Jacob was at my house within a short period of time and my door is now fixed! He corrected the issues that led to the malfunction and saved me from having to replace the door! We are now forever Wilson customers! Thank you Jacob for your help, especially so late on a Friday! Ask for Jake! After moving into a new build home we had significant issues with the garage doors. The single garage door did not work properly due to a misaligned track and too much tension it wouldn’t fully close. The two car garage door was extremely loud and the track wasn’t aligned either. He fixed both perfectly. Not only that but he went above and beyond when he noticed our wall buttons were also backwards and uneven! So grateful he took care of everything! It is refreshing to deal with someone who takes pride in their work and ensures the job is done correctly.

These guys are what make me want to support more small businesses. Broke my door on a Sat. morning. Matt was out there that evening to look at it. Was there Mon. morning to fix it. I was willing to have a new door installed, motor, all of it. I didn’t even care the cost, I just needed it working. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and selling me something I didn’t need, Matt suggested fixing it because it was all still in really good shape. Matt fixed this door better than it was before it broke. It’s 10x quieter and it closes better now also. Not something I thought was not going to be possible, hence why I was interested in replacing with all new. This is a level of honesty, integrity, and customer service that I don’t feel I would have gotten with a franchise. I don’t know how much all new would of cost me but I can say this, their price was shockingly good. Than you again Matt. Will be sending everyone your way.

Called on Monday, they came on Tuesday. Quickly found problem then serviced the door’s moving parts. Very reasonable price, will definitely call them again if I have any other problems.

These folks replaced my garage door many years ago and did a great job for a very good price, so this morning when the spring broke I gave them a call. Jacob came out at 1pm and had it fixed in no time. He went over and above, lubricating the other parts and adjusted, tested, and retested the opener to make sure everything was working smoothly before he left. Highly recommend.

We have waited 13 weeks for a panel. Have called multiple times and every time it’s a vague answer of “We should get to you next week”. We haven’t been able to use our garage since early August. Ridiculous.

My husband called this company to come and fix spring on door or tell us if it could be fixed the lady said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could come never showed up called back Thursday said she would call tech and see were we were in que and she would call him back never got a call back so needless to say when monday rolled around he called to cancel and was put on hold for 5 minutes poor excuse for a company

Excellent work in a timely manner that is reasonably priced. My garage door broke (the infamous spring issue), and after calling, they arrived a few hours later and had the spring replaced quickly. Im a seasoned handyman, DIYer, mechanic, engineer and I know quality work when I see it. Friendly knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend using this company and Ill call again if needed.

We had a great experience with Wilson. We needed a door in a short period of time in order to pass inspection to close on our new home. The got someone sent out more quickly than I expected, and he did a great job installing our door. The customer service was just wonderful all around, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Prices are very reasonable also. This is a scam company. I called them and late that afternoon called back to see when they were coming. Was told I had to call back next day. Called overhead door and they came out early the next morning and fixed my door. When these frauds finally called me told them I did not need them. Then this week I got a bill from them for a service call and parts. These guys are nothing but con artists and frauds. Trying to bill me for work not done. Beware of this company. Will be reporting them to better business bureau. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Im a home inspector and past home builder. Wilson is my number one pick for repairs to garage doors in their coverage area. I can always expect good service, fair and reasonable pricing and a quick response every time from Wilson. I have been over charged by others, lied to and seen the results of poorly installed doors from similar companies, but Wilson always comes through as a true professional. I find it un-imaginable that other companies can survive against such a well run company in this market. Hands down, Wilson is the best.

Had a gargar door installed less than a year ago the correct reinforced bracket was not installed causing it to crease all 4 panels. They said that it wasnt their fault. I did not install it. Wont stand behind their work

I thought I was hung up on ...next after telling the LANDY..I was not going to use them she just hung g up on me ... so...Overhead Doors is the way to go ... very nice people...

Two years ago, the spring of my garage door broke. I called Wilson company to replace it. The cost is reasonable ($85 labor plus $40 for the spring). However, the workman did not adjust the sprint tension properly so that the door may not open in a clod day (no problem to close the door). I did some online research and found it was likely caused by untighten spring. Therefore, it is much heavier to lift it up. I called Wilson company and was told the labor warranty expired. Even though they did not make it right at the first place, they refused to give me any discount and required $85 for a workman to come to adjust the tension – the same price to install a new one. Readers: Please check their work before paying them or you will regret it!

Garage door broke Friday night. Called Saturday morning, and they were able to come out by noon . Of the three companies called, they were the only ones available on Saturday and they were the least expensive. Technician was outstanding as well .

Wilson told me my door would be here on a particular date, it took 10 days longer...they were suppose to call ahead yet never did. When I called to ask when the door would be installed, they simply said Tuesday or Wednesday...and they dont accept credit cards, what business doesnt these days?? And, they just assumed I wanted a door opener without battery back up, when I asked if they had one they said sure, and it was the same cost. Very upset here and still waiting on the door!!

Ive got mixed feelings.Pros:-Pricing is reasonable / good value (competitors charged more for comparible products)-Installer did a good job - door works well, quiet operation-Service was fast-No payment required until bill arrives after work is completedCons:-They dont do appointments, they just show up! - both the initial visit to do the quote, and after our door arrived, someone just rolled up in our driveway then called saying Hey Im here!! This was particularly disturbing for the install as I was instructed to clear out the space to let them work, but I couldnt do that, nor could I be present as I didnt know they would magically appear at my door step with the new door ready to go on the truck when I was out of town.-Cash or Check only-Bill isnt itemized at all... its a flat fee 1 line item invoice with install/labor/parts: your total is $X, tax isnt even broke out in there...-Installer reused rails/tracks, I only found this out, because the guy was at my house a whopping 20ish minutes (I have a security camera), so I called him a little while after he left going hey how is the install going? (because I couldnt believe he did everything that fast... ESPECIALLY the rails as my garage is full of stuff as I had no heads up they were coming). He responded honestly and informed me everything was done all is well and that he reused the rails they looked just fine (as I suspected). He stated he would antotate this and Ill be billed accordingly. I get my bill and it was the full estimated cost to include the rails. This practice stirred serveral questions that didnt sit well with me: 1) How many people pay the full cost even though the rails were reused? 2) How many times do the installers skip the rails? Id imagine most repair/replace calls have perfectly fine rails still installed, from an installer perspective its way easier to just take out the old door and slap the new one in and be on their way. The rails have several anchor points, involve climbing up and down a ladder serveral times, making sure everything is aligned right, etc. to install them... think about how much labor this saves (the company)! Every 2-3 customers done this way allows them to fit in an entire install easy. 3) They were only willing to knock off $15 for the rails (their cost) since new ones werent installed and the bills arent itemized, despite the significant labor savings by skipping rails.I know my cons are way more detailed, but Ill caveat the review with this - they are STILL the MOST reasonable, Im 99% sure their competitors do similar or identical (billing) practices and its an industry issue. As far as the scheduling - installers should be calling people at least the morning of if not the day before going hey is it ok if I show up today/tomorrow at the least, but they dont. My Co-worker used Wilsons with the exact same results as me - good work, reasonable, but they just showed up unannounced...

Called Wilson Garage 3 times wanting to set up an appointment for someone to look at my garage door as it had came apart,no one bothered to get back with me to set up an appointment time. Very disappointing

This business is LOUSY and I mean lousy at calling people back! Ive called them a couple of times, and Ive had two other people call them. Apparently, they dont want money and dont care about their customers. Move on folks, plenty of other garage door companies out there!
