Friendly and knowledgeable are apt descriptors of the staff at The Dream Maker. Today I received sage advice about sage! Always a good sigh when I visit this wonderful store.

The customer service was terrible and we were kicked out because my children were touching things. They had about 4 books on runes but not one set of runes to purchase with one of those books, several Tarot decks but not a single book on how to use them. Their jewelry selection was dismal. The only thing they had going for them was stones. I would not go back even if I didnt gave my children with me. I will drive further if I must but this store was seriously not up to par. Oh, they did have a nice selection of music as well. The energy of the store was off as well. Normally when I walk into a metaphysical store, it feels like coming home. The place felt dead to me.

Customer service was so friendly! I’m glad they were able to give us an information card about the stone as well as box up the item we purchased as a gift. They even offered to mark out the price after being told it was a gift - can’t find that kind of attention to detail at most places. Super appreciative of the friendly experience!

They have a huge collection of gemstones. Theyre friendly and helpful. Of course with a larger selection and a larger store compared to their competitors their prices are going to be a little higher for some stones. Im very happy with the quality and varying sizes of the stones available.

This store has been a favorite of mine for over a decade. It was medicine to my soul on many occasions. The owners are phenomenal, Steve is great and has always been welcoming and helpful. I’ve spent a good deal of money in here over the years. I sent many types of customers this way by sporting their jewelry. It delighted me to visit and see the store full of customers! But lately it’s changed. The inventory is not what it was, and I understand why with COVID. But the most heartbreaking thing for me, is that the new management and customer response doesn’t seem to value the retention of long term customers. I had a concern over legitimate credentials of one of their vendors, which I had a terrible experience with very recently and was met with defense. I would have hoped they might be interested to know what happened with a customer and one of their associates but that was not the case. The response I got seemed more interested in the associate than in my experience. I will miss this store. Please please, fix the customer service and value the long term customers. My issues could have been handled a thousand different ways. Start by asking what happened. You guys will lose customers when the management or people responding are so off putting.

Quaint atmosphere and lots of great items for sale. Everything from precious gemstones to Runes, and even a fair selection of essential oils. If I had a complaint, if there were complaints to be had, it was the labeling of synthetic vs. all natural items. Things such as some of the more decorative stones and some of the essential oils were not entirely natural, however the price did reflect as such. Not that simply asking a sales clerk couldnt resolve any discrepancies, just that if they were marked in some way, it would help consumers discern the difference is all. Amazing shop and purchasing experience though. Would recommend if your in the market for anything spiritual!

Amazing store . I was in town and needed some white sage for a house cleansing. I called found out they had that and much more. Bought a crystal that was calling to me the sage copal along with a banishment mixture.Items and merchandise are beyond words however the lady that waited on me had no personality borderline rude did not offer help finding anything had to ask for what I was looking for. Saw the massage room asked about massages said I don’t know if they are or not with COVID I think the owner is just doing regular clients but I couldn’t tell you.
