After being promised a certain amount over the phone by CROOKED Cash Gold Buyers and after driving an hour to deal with them, they then offered $2700 less on a $22000 deal, based the same approximate market value as was when we spoke. What they offered was much less than most other dealers spot. The guy that runs the business had an excuse of that he and his partner dont agree at times and that HE is the buyer. Un-excusable! The items they sell is too high priced as well. So cheat everyone when you buy, then sell high?? Poor business practice for the consumer. STAY AWAY FROM!!Went to Bartee Coins & Bullion afterwards and received from them what the crooks had originally quoted. Bartee even told me to keep my platinum for now because it it way too low and will go back up. Will not deal with anyone else but Bartee from now on.

Do not do business with this company. I did not do my homework and assumed a company would be fairly honest and offer a reasonable price, but man was I wrong. I brought in two 14kt gold rings, one of which had a diamond on it, not big at all, but still a diamond ring. One was a white gold band ring and the other was a yellow gold ring with a small diamond, both 14kt. I was on my way to work and didnt want to leave the rings in the car so I stopped at this establishment to be greated by a very rude employee who offered me $64 for 3.5 grams of 14kts of gold. I asked several times what the price of an ounce was and he gave me a number of around $1700 an ounce, I didnt have time to haggle with this jerk so I went ahead and unfortunately sold him the rings only to find out the actual worth is actually $116!!!!! So, basically this company will give you have of what you actually deserve with awful service. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Simon Jewelers, I took some other gold to him the next day and was offered $50 for 2 grams, a much more honest offer. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE < DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!
