I will start by saying that the food is great and the employees are very nice. But I am highly upset about the ethics of this company. We had a gift card of a certain amount and did not use it all the first time we bought from the store. The employee even wrote the balance on our card. A little over $50. I go in today to use the rest of it and find out that the entire card had been “used“ that same day. Customer service wasn’t able to pull the receipt from that day so it leads me to believe that the employee “tipped“ themselves the remainder of our balance. Or there was a glitch in the system. If you are familiar with this store then you know that anytime there is bad weather (heck, even good weather) they are always having issues with their computer system. One of the two things happened. It’s a shame. We purchase these gift cards for all of our employees and their families every year at Christmas in high amounts and I will not do that again.

Great, as always! I picked up two of their ham bones and made Great Northern bean soup. It was amazing...every brother-in-law complimented it!!

Love this place the sandwiches are always fixed to order and delicious. The manager and staff are awesome. I would like to thank everyone for always being so nice and helpful. Great food and service. Will definitely be back. LOVE THIS PLACE!

We stopped in for salads and sandwhiches on Thursday. Had a wonderful young lady serve us. Loved her positive altitude. Its refreshing to go someplace that still believes customer service is a priority.

Want to save the hassle of cooking the bird. Honey Baked has a fabulous smoked glazed turkey breast. Very juicy and delicious! Its a real time saver when the only meals I need to prepare are the side dishes.I was expecting a long line 4 days before Thanksgiving to pick up my order but, to my amazement, no waiting. Just walked right up to the counter. The only delay was waiting on a receipt due to printer problems. The friendly staff gave me a soda for my troubles.Im looking forward to ordering their glazed spiral-cut ham. Merry Christmas yall.

Their Ham of course is legendary but picked up several Smoked Turkey Breasts in a pinch and was shocked at just how good they were. Juicy, Perfectly flavored and their iconic glaze on the edges?! Wow! 5 Stars Honey Baked!

The lines were very long since it was the day before Thanksgiving but HBH was ready for it and they got people in and out very quickly. My customer service girl went out of her way to help me and make sure I had just what I needed. This company is very highly recommended!

We bought the Christmas dinner and my family really enjoyed it. Great quality food and arrived on time. The ham was so delicious.

Very bad experience! Pre-ordered turkey for Thanksgiving yesterday. Received a confirmation number and was told we could pick it up between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. today. My husband stood in line for 2 hours this morning (2 days prior to Thanksgiving) only to be told at the last minute that there were no turkeys left. I assured him that we pre-ordered and we have a confirmation number. The employees LOCKED the doors! After several minutes they unlocked the doors and said frozen turkeys were on the way from Birmingham, Chattanooga and other places. So this is a company that is good at taking reservations, but fail miserably at KEEPING reservations.

Allow the people working that evening were very friendly and helpful.They were somewhat busy but worked quickly to help everyone and made sure we were satisfied with our orders.

You can trust them. We buy a ham every year and never been disappointed. Their food taste great.

Ordered and pre-paid on the 17th with a pick-up date of the 24th between 5:30 and 6pm...have directions to go to the Pre-paid Line with a sign in the store saying Pre-paid Pick-up Here only to be told to wait in line!! What a stupid way to do business...never again!

Just FYI: There is no need to place an online order in advance, it does not get you through the line any quicker and they don’t even check your order number at the cashier. That being said, I went on 12/23 to pick up dinner for Christmas. The line was out the door! But it moved at a quick pace, my total time was about 45 min-1 hour. Staff were friendly and helpful.I have never used this service before and I was honestly skeptical about the food. Very pleasantly surprised! Everything was delicious (smoked turkey, green bean casserole & dressing) it all tasted homemade. What a lifesaver for this working mom! I got to enjoy Christmas rather than be stuck in the kitchen all day. I would definitely do it again, just plan in advance for the wait in line.

On 12/13/2019 at 12:20pm, my husband and I went to Honey Baked Ham to get a sandwich. We stood in line for about 5 minutes, and one of the ladies behind the counter said, if youre here for sandwiches, I dont have time to mess with that today, I have too much going on.” I got the impression that she was a manager. So, my husband and I along with a gentleman in front of us left in utter disbelief! We were given a gift card from friends, and this would have been our first time there. It will probably be our last time as well. There were other customers in the store eating sandwiches. If she couldn’t make sandwiches at that time, I’m sure there could have been a much more diplomatic way to handle the situation. I have never been treated so poorly at an eating establishment in my life.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with an order here. The food was 30 minutes late. When I called the restaurant to see where they were, the manager told me the food would get here when the delivery driver arrived. Once the driver was finally here, they forgot to bring a salad and a gallon of sweet tea. This was a terrible experience. Will NEVER order again. The driver was also incredibly rude when he finally got her. He wasnt apologetic and copped an attitude with me because I didnt answer my phone as I saw him pulling into the parking lot. (I was walking to the front to greet him.)

Reserved a smoked turkey over a week ago and received confirmation. After standing in line for 2 hours this morning we are informed that they are out of smoked turkeys and only had about 200 hams remaining. All this time people without reserved turkeys are leaving the store all morning. We were informed that we could put our name on a list and if they get in they would call but we would be required to wait in line again which at this point was over 3 hours. Why offer reservations if you are not going to honor them and just let walk-ins get what they want? This is a VERY POORLY managed location. 4 registers available to be used but only two being manned. Line was so long and people getting so upset they had to have a police office manned outside.Now we have to figure out what to do for our meal!

Absolutely not even worth the money!! I had put an order for a ham over the phone way in advance before Thanksgiving and the lady elderly lady that was on the phone gave me my order number. So Wednesday I get there I stood in line for an whole hour got to to the counter and was told that my number was not a real order number. I am highly pissed!!! So we told the lady that we put the order in advance and the woman said just because you reserved a ham doesnt guarantee you will have a ham.. That is very bad customer relations I think they should compensate me one for the time I spent out there and two for the lady who gave me this order number she clearly doesnt know what she is doing she needs to be fired!!.. Plus they ran out of hams to give if you knew that you where going to run out you should have shut the business down and told everyone that we dont have anymore hams we are gladly to refund you the money or whatever the case may be... Its just not worth it Im better off buying my own ham. NEVER NEVER EVER!! should you go to this place they dont even deserve one star.. Bad Customer Service!!

We ordered a large ham two weeks ago and received a confirmation number. They ask what day we wanted to pick it up and I said Tuesfay before Thanksgiving. My husband stood in a very long line for 30 minutes this morning, lady came out and walked to a certain place in line and said from here back you wont get a turkey or a ham. Anout 50 people left without either. Yhe confirmation does not mean anything h. We will never use your store againPeople please beware.

Im thankful to Honey Baked Ham for honoring our military.. The meal was delicious. And the friendly customer service was off the chain.....

I hate to say it, but I will no longer buy my turkey from Honey Baked Ham. I waited in line this morning at 7 am for an hour, only to get to the counter and give them my confirmation number for the turkey I ordered weeks ago and be told that they did not have my order. This has happened to me twice in the last four years. Why do you let us preorder and pay and not put our order aside? It is very frustrating.

These hams are higher than a cats back, but worth it. They are delicious.

Have eaten here a couple of times with no issues -- tasty sandwiches -- but last week a ham, turkey, and pesto sandwich came with an unexpected side of severe gastroenteritis. Ill effects were almost immediate and Im still suffering horribly four days later, so I wont be returning. Ever.

I like having their ham for Christmas and Easter. Fortunately we receive gift cards from my husbands work for here. It always tastes good.

So thankful for HBH! Tuesday before Thanksgiving and it’s my first Thanksgiving to host. Of course, I’m not aware at how crazy the line will be to pick up. Here I am stranded in the car with 2 kids asleep and my 10 year old daughter awake. I didn’t realize the line to get our ham would be an hour long and they are in a strip center next to a busy liquor store. After an hour of waiting in my car hoping the line would go down I called and asked for the manager. I explained my plea to Brittney the manager and she said we will bring it to you!!! Amazing customer service! Rell and Brittney were amazing. Next year, I will pick Monday as a pick up and make sure I can come alone.

Ive always wanted a Ham from here. It was just what I craved, delicious.

Good ham sandwich, chips, and a drink. Nice tidy, quality music, and a good sandwich alternative to the other sub places in town.

Went for lunch and got the ham and turkey pesto sandwich. Really yummy! Got the meal which included a drink and a side (I got potato salad). Pickles always included with the sandwich.

Food was excellent and service was great.

So unusual... always love a 1/2 HBH for holidays, thought I would try for Memorial Day weekend with lots of company here. Got 1/4 ham...company ate most of it, I had small sandwich later... it was so dry. Husband mentioned dryness today then finished cutting off rest of it.... So much fat! I have pics, really gross. Thks, guests, but pls say something! Is this just a lesson? Dont get 1/4 ham?

We reserved a turkey for Thanksgiving and when we went to pick it up we were told they ran out 2 days ago. They said that reserved doesnt mean the turkey is reserved. They said the internet made a mistake, it was their website!! We had to buy their cut up turkey breasts for our dinner and they charged us more than the full turkey. DO NOT plan your holiday meal around a place where reserved doesnt mean reserved!

They do not ever answer their phone. there is no was to adjust an order once placed. ridiculous
