Maximum Comfort installed my heating and AC system last year. I had a leak from the AC in my ceiling from the attic. The repair person fixed the problem, and when I requested they paint my ceiling, my salesman -Parker Craft -made that happen quickly. I was so impressed. I am not sure how good they are, but they will made your neighbors mad. Quiet neighborhood to be woken up by music from Maximum Comfort. Please use head phones. I am sure if I came to their house and blasted music they would be the first people to yell. Please stop disturbing the neighborhood you are working in. People live there.

We purchased a complete AC that has never worked for more than 6 months and needed repairs constantly for 4 years. Called to set an appt 3 times last week and no response. Called another company because this is inA rental. Other AC company confirmed they did not hang unit correctly and rusted out drain pan and caused multiple other problems. Buyer beware! Worst AC ever worst customer service!

They were professional and courteous. They showed up on time and finished on time. Mr. Crafts quote was the best price and when a competitor saw Maximum Comforts bid, they reduced their price over $1000. We chose to go with the Maximum because their bid was strong from the beginning without haggling, they were honest and came highly recommended.

We had a great experience with them! They got our new HVAC system in fast and were a breeze to work with. Made a point of showing us how it worked and made sure we were comfortable with it before they left. Cleaned up their work area spotlessly. Just nice guys who do good work the old fashioned way - right the first time!

Best HVAC people in Huntsville. I called them about a year ago for a second opinion...they fixed my problem right up while the other company wanted to charge me over $500 (even with my parts covered under warranty). I now get my semi annual maintenance with them and they did great. I just recently started having an issue right after it was serviced, they came out the same day and didnt charge me anything since it was just serviced within a couple of weeks. Always on time and very courteous!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I have had repairs done on two occasions with Russell and he is honest, friendly, on-time and dedicated. Replaced our Heat pump, Excellent service. I took quotes last summer on replacing our 15 year old HVAC system. I felt that we were on borrowed time. (Parker was very reasonable & professional.) Called them in Nov. 2016 to set up an installation date. Job went well, done in less than one day. Since that time, it seems my electric bill has decreased by $50 a month. I am glad that I replaced that unit before it broke. Very pleased with Maximum Comfort, they saved me money.

Did a great job installing ductless HVAC and adding an extra return in master bedroom. Did not complain about electrical wiring issues with my house that slowed their installation. Would highly recommend.

On Monday may 11, 2014 I called maximum comfort heating and air. My complaint was that the central air at 4111 blue spring rd. was not cooling. Upon the technician arriving we were ask to turn the unit on, when the unit was turn on it started blowing cold. The technician then explained that either the unit is too dirty and is running hot or the compressor is going bad. I was then given the option to pay $157. 00 to clean the unit with no guaranty that this will fix the problem because it can also be the compressor. I then refused the cleaning and paid $114. For what he had done so far. After being there 8mins. $80 service call plus 30 mins extra. I then called for a second opinion. The next company come out and told me it was a fan motor and capacitor cost $450. I tried to get my money back for Maximum comfort heating and air and was told that the manager would call me back after 2 days I call back and was told no refunds.

Very fast to diagnose the problem and got my system running again, the technician was cool yall give the man ( Russell ) a raise I heard some good reviews on him

I’ve been in the 256 for many years. I’ve used a lot of companies and always dreaded the call to an HVAC business. I mean seriously you almost want to hold your breath. Long story still long, our unit went out. Russell from Maximum Comfort came within an hour of my call. He was HONEST on how things would go. We could of tried a new compressor but seriously this was a builders grade unit and it really needed to be replaced. Our bills were astronomical because the unit was too small for our house anyway. We shopped around and Russell gave us the best price. He and his guys came out 2 days before I expected them. They were kind and knowledgeable. I felt super comfortable just letting them do their thing. Spending money on a new HVAC stinks but they did not over sell me. I got a quality unit at a GREAT price. I hope to see them out and about. Really good guys. I highly recommend Maxium Comfort. If you’re going to spend that money make sure it’s with someone who takes the time to explain it all to you. Kudos guys. Customer for life!
