I LOVE LOVE LOVE the energy in the shop!! They also have more then just the basic witch supplies which i love too! I wish more people went here!

The lady who owns this shop was so sweet and helpful. The shop smells amazing and everything inside looks so beautiful. I didnt get a chance to spend a lot of time there but I will definitely be back! I think I heard that they are going to start doing classes which I am very interested in. I cant wait to go back.

Only visited the store twice, both visits were pleasant. Only thing I had an issue with is I purchased an item that I nor the person in charge was very familiar with. I reached out to the owner (who was said to have made this product) for more information & was offered no response after reading my inquiry.

I went to Ela Botanica to get some Palo Santos today around 3... I walk up to go in as a customer is leaving out, Mind you there are like 2 or open signs! So I walk to the door, ITS LOCKED!!! I knocked on the door and some lady opens the door and basically stared at me for a good 2 seconds before I asked are yall open. So she says yeah but not to the public! Im like all theses open signs but not one sign up says not open to public.

Employee was very kind and helpful but the shop owner was extremely rude. Did not believe in her own products. Will not be coming back.
