I enjoyed my experience with Palm Harbor. The visit was very informative. I talked to Kory and thought he was a nice guy and made me feel comfortable. He wasnt one of those pushy sales people you see a lot, but knew a lot about the houses. After seeing some of the two bedrooms and thinking about what I could afford, I decided to keep renting for now. If I were to buy a mobile home I would definitely go back to see him first. And the Manager was also very professional. Feel like they needed a shoutout. Really got me thinking about saving up.

Regina assisted my boyfriend and I and was a breath of fresh air to work with. She answered all our questions, even the ones we asked 2 or 3 times. She made us feel at ease throughout the entire process!

Travis was amazing, still in the process of getting our home ( its going to be set today actually). Every step of the way hes been there answering all of our questions. Its been an amazing experience! Couldnt ask for any better place to buy our first home.

I visited this store today after having a pleasant phone conversation with Regina. I went into the store to look at floorplans and model homes and already have financing laid out because I am a veteran and I am working with a specific lender. When I refused to allow them to run my credit, the manager told me there was nothing they could do for me and showed me the door. Why? Because Im a veteran? Why? Because I have my own financing? I dont need answers, I just know that Ill never be back.

I said multiple times I didnt want to run a credit check until I saw something I wanted salesman kept interrupting me, continued to try and convince me to do credit check telling me its the way they do it. Well byebye

Our family had a house fire in June of 2020. Since we were renters at the time our insurance policy only paid for our hotel room for three weeks. Regina and Maria worked their a$$3s off to make sure we didnt have to stay in the hotel room any longer than we had to. We went from picking a home to closing in a week! Given the current situation (COVID) that was truly awesome!!! We hope they stick around for the next time well need em!
