Two older ladies were just so rude. Didn’t try to help and threw the items back to my mom. They also gave my mom one price for an item then changed the price when she was trying to pay

I went to look for an exterior door. The woman asked what size, then asked another woman in an office. The woman in the office said you measured wrong... I told both my ex-husband and I measured it to 32x74. I asked was there a way to order, which there was not. I was given a pamplet/card with instructions on how to measure a door. Finally, I just said Ok, thanks for your help. But it was evident they did not want to be there and most certainly did not want to help. I suggest taking the extra ride to Decatur and going to J&L they actually do want to help you there.

I had a terrible experience. Very rude women working the front register. I only needed 2 small pieces of trim for my house, which totaled around 6 dollar little did I know you couldnt use a credit card under 10 dollar. This would have been fine if the lady would have politely told me this policy instead all I got was the answer No and a sarcastic sorry. I will drive out of my way now not to spend my money with these people

Im in the market for doors. So i go on their website and there is no prices. The only way to find out is to put your card info in. Whats the damn point in shopping if u dont know the prices .yaw need to fix that

They jack up prices because they are the only ones that sell the trailer sizes.
