I went in asked for a large iced coffee and the girl behind the counter just poured hot coffee over ice 👎. It melted instantly than i was left with a watered down luke warm coffee. It was also rather small for the price. Bottom line if its on your menu make it right. Dont even attempt to call yourself a barista. Learn how to do your job

Great food great coffee great service

Love the coffee and the food. But the service is consistently very poor. They rarely have more than 2 people working and that includes the one in the kitchen. Ive seen many people get tired of waiting and walk out. I have called in orders and come to pick up and still waited 10-15 minutes. Right now my party has waited at our table for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. 2 ladies walked in and went up to counter and were served. I finally went up to counter to place order. Please step it up.

I come here all the time when Im here for work. They have a great variety of anything you can imagine. I have had their blended coffee, numerous hot coffees, and the all natural fruit smoothies. All are delicious and are very reasonably priced compared to chain coffee places. I always enjoy the atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. I will most definitely be back.

The food is ok. The service sucks. They don’t have wine so they have false advertising. Didn’t bring our drinks till after we ate all our food. I’m sure there are better places than this

Aroma has great food and hot chocolate! As one who does not drink coffee, if I did, it would be here. I love their specials and kind service they render to each of their guests.

I had the panini and my friend had the BLT with avocado for lunch. The iced tea was a little weak but the coffee was good. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet when we were there . Service was friendly but not consistent, however that did not ruin my dining experience
