A new resident in town, I went in for small parts.A very well kept store.Robbie and Dustin were kind, professional and personable. Dustin replaced the part in minutes. Very reasonable pricing!I had a couple of questions about my cars service needs that were unrelated to the job at hand. They paid attention to those and gave me all the answers to my satisfaction.Not only I now know where to go for my cars service and parts needs, I know who to recommend to others.Thank you Robbie, thank you Dustin!

We came here on a road trip for Zion National Park and our car battery was giving us trouble so we came here and Dustin and Liza were so extremely helpful! They talked us through what was the issue and went above and beyond to test everything. They quickly and professionally replaced our battery and the terminals in under half an hour! They saved our road trip! Would highly recommend coming here for any issues!

This place was so awesome! Dustin and Liza were extremely helpful. My car battery was on its last leg and they were more than willing to help me to identify the issue(s) with the battery and then replace the parts that needed replacing. Visited three times this week. Each time I got invaluable information for my 200,000 mile car. I’m an elderly woman who takes great interest in the upkeep of her ole beater. I start at Auto Zone to discuss the problems/possibilities and then head to my mechanic to verify and schedule the repairs. I now ask them to order the parts from my Auto Zone. When the free diagnostic check recommended a solution, then Robby came out to check the component. When I asked about a Freon recharge I was told to go get the system checked first, and found out that there were two old valves that stuck open and released all the new Freon, which the mechanic replaced the next day. I could go on! The men and women at Auto Zone freely and openly discuss your concerns and make recommendations so that your trip to the mechanic shop is informed! I live in a desert and getting stuck on the road in a temperature of 106 was frightening. I depend on a good team to protect me. Auto Zone Hurricane, Utah is a part of that team!

Amazing customer service and expertise. My battery went dead while traveling and they were here to help me find the right one and get it swapped out right there. Very grateful for good guys like this. Highly recommend this store!

This new Autozone is a joke, I call to look stuff up he gives me a price I show up and it’s the wrong part that I asked for. Then the guys goes and tells me how the problem is not that part it’s this one! I would give it no stars if I could! Time just to go to the bluff street store where I can get the right type of help!

I never really get around to leaving a review but this experience was different than any I have ever had!! Hands down the best customer service I have seen in a VERY long time. I was riding on my Harley Through Zion when I had sheared a bolt in half on my rear suspension and I chose this auto zone to see if they had the parts and tools in store to be able to fix the bike and get back on the road. I called ahead and Paul the sales manager said “come on in we can see what we can do to help!” When I arrived I was greated by Enoch and paul who both were ready to help with a smile on their faces and eager to get the job done. After a lot of different ideas and trial and error we were able to make it work and get back on the road. I was in their parking lot for well over an hour and paul constantly would check in and do anything and everything he could to help. Enoch had so many good ideas and was a very big help. I truly appreciate both these men and everything they have done for me. Like I said before hands down the best customer service from these two gentlemen!!

Went to Zion for a hike. Hugh thanks to Eliza and Dustin. I know they didnt have to. My Thermostat decided to act up. It was closing time and they stayed overtime to make sure I was okay before leaving. Cannot not thank them enought. I really appreciate you too with your kindness. We need more awesome people like Eliza and Dustin!!!

Had a check engine light while on vacation. Showed up in swim shorts and a palm tree tank looking like a first class Dad-tastrophe. The manager helped me diagnose the the problem. Sold me the part and helped me put it on. $20 and 30 minutes and my problem was solved. Super impressed and very grateful. Thank you!

We have been there many times in the last 2 weeks, everyone is so helpful every time and I want to give a huge thank you to Isom! AutoZone has a fantastic staff that is very helpful!

About 500 miles from home and my check engine light comes on, gauges dont work, AC doesnt work. After a check engine scan at 6 p.m. I figure out its a coolest temp sensor, and AutoZone is the only place in town that has one. Bought it, got some loner tools, and Isom even had a longer long sleeve shirt for me to use so I didnt get my shirt dirt!Back on the road in less than an hour!! Isom and Liza were both awesome, saved my family from a ruined trip!

Worst manager at an autozone Ive ever experienced. Im on vacation, and my battery doesnt start, so I call and they have one and install for free, since I dont have any tools at my vacation rental. The manager didnt want to install the battery and then makes fun of me for not wanting to install my own battery. Even though it wasnt the manager installing it lol. Then he makes fun of me saying I wish I had my girls here to show you how to install a battery. Side note I know how to do it lol, then he calls me pathetic 🤣. Idk if this guy had the worst day of his life or something, but seriously the worst service in the world from the manager. Hes old with Gray hair, so stay away from him as much as possible.

OMG.They save us, my husband was having problems with his truck batteries, we were visiting Zion national Park from Phoenix and they help us, they close at 8:00 and we got there at 8:00 and they didn’t refuse to help us thanks Dustin & Liza from Hurricane Utah, Autozone #5956 store. My husband and my family are very happy and thankful!!!!

Paul and Dan were excellent in servicing my needs today. I needed new windshield wipers before the storm hits this weekend and they not only found me the best deal for my vehicle but graciously put them on for me. Terrific service and great attitudes. Ill be shopping here from now on for all my auto needs.

This place is new and already a joke! I went and bought a 250$ sensor returned it the next day! 7 days later they still have yet to return the money apparently because the workers at the store didnt do the return Right! I called the district manager and all she did was tell me what the employees should have done! And she wishes she had a better answer! The employees need to be trained alot better definitely. This store is a joke. EDIT: today is the 18 of November I have yet to receive 250$ refund!

We were having major trouble with our battery during our Zion roadtrip. We drove to Autozone expecting a hefty bill, but Paul quickly diagnosed our problem which was a $3 fix! Thanks Paul, you really saved the rest of our vacation

The staff and service at this location is amazing! They were very helpful in giving me advice since I was from out of town. They let me know which local mechanics were good in the area and were very friendly. First I went to the OReilly auto parts across the street, the woman that helped me was rude and wouldnt give me any advice about local shops and didnt even try and sell the part I needed to me, losing a $200 plus sale. Across the street Autozone took care of me, they listened to my issue, gave me sound advice about mechanics in the area and helped me get the part I needed at a good price. When you are stressed and need help in an area you might not be very knowledgeable in, its good to know there are business out there that put that little extra effort in to making you feel valued as a customer.

After Trying o Riley’s for a radiator hose with no luck we decided to check auto zone it was definitely the best choice not only did they have the part but the manager Dan helped with all our needs when he seen I was taking a while he went out to check on us and when I told him I was having trouble he offed to help and within minutes he had our car fixed and had us back on our way home to Las Vegas he was knowledgeable professional and went over and above to get us the parts we needed and our problem fixed that’s customer service at its best .

I cant were a mask because of respiratory issues. I was harassed about mask a couple time and denied help.. also the entire time I was in there I could here a manager talking to some one in the back about their negligent behavior and the reason they were not fired or terminated was there ethnicity... Extremely unprofessional behavior and thier mind set is to focused on political agendas to be of any true use or value to this community...

I’ve been road tripping in my 04’ CRV for the past 5 months and 13k miles all throughout the US. Autozone has always treated me right, but Robby at this location went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road... after I had to get it towed here from Kolob Canyon! Saved me hundreds of dollars and I’m back in action. Can’t thank you enough. Best!

These Guys have Horrible Customer Service! My husband showed up aroun7 minutes after 8pm. All the lights were still on. My Husband knocked on the door and the manager came over. My 16 yr old daughter was broke down on the side of the road in the dark and we needed an Alternator for her car. The Manager said, ya we just counted our Till so umm NO. Didnt even give my husband a chance to say anything. Not even can you just check to see if you have one? or can I pay with exact cash or anything ? NOTHING,. Just slammed the door. This place SUCKS !
