Three months ago my husband took his truck into this location to be serviced. When he picked up the truck, there wasnt a sticker, windshield wasn’t washed, and the truck wasn’t vacuumed. He called the manager, Phil, explained his frustration only to be told “I’m sorry that happened, bring it back or give us another chance and we will fix it..”Fast forward to today, we decided to give them another chance and took my car into be serviced. We dropped it off at noon, we went to pick it up at 4:30, they charged us $77. When I was standing there, the computer was on the Home Screen and my car was listed as “incomplete”, but they clicked a couple of buttons and moved it to “completed” and I mistakenly gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that it meant they simply hadn’t closed out the job, though after seeing the car, I actually believe that it meant they hadn’t serviced it at all, which didn’t stop them from taking my $77… I jump in and lo and behold, no vacuum, old sticker, oil service light not reset, windshield not washed, and highly doubtful if the oil was actually changed. So, we call, guess who we get but our old friend Phil, and he has the same song and dance as before. Needless to say, we will never go back, they are nothing but unethical crooks, and it’s well worth the drive to go anywhere else.I gave one start because it made me, but it’s more than they deserve.

Service was adequate. They were proactive telling me my wait time and kept me informed. Nice folks too. One negative...the receipt said they vacuumed the car but didnt. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Love them!They were very Thorough even replaced a cap for me!Corrected my tire pressure gage. And all in about 20 minutes in and out.

They were very professional, they were quick and helped me out with any questions i had and did a good job showing me what choices I had.

These guys did a great job and allowed me to stay in the vehicle while they changed the oil... Very helpful since I had baby in the car!

Always very fast! They check a few other things for you but arent pushy. I prefer this location even though I live a couple of towns over.

We were disappointed in our service here. It says they checked the air filter and the brake fluid on our receipt but when we asked them about it they admitted that they didn’t check them and we’d have to wait for them to do it. I’m kinda wondering what else it says they checked that they didn’t.

For the most they were efficient and professional. It was the one employee that was stepping out to smoke a cigarette which bothered me. Particularly given that he works in place that is filled with flammable material.

I’ve always liked this location, the service is always super fast, and the crew are always super sweet and professional.

Just had my 2006 GMC Duramax full serviced. I asked the service tec in the pit if he greased all zirks. He said yes. I left went to gas station to fill up and noticed none of the ball joint zirks were greased. I then check the oil, it was full, maybe too full. Anyway, I went back and the other service tecs apologized for Damonney, I believe his name is. ... I cant believe he lied to me and worse off is now I cant trust Jiffy Lube for a full service done right. I have owned this truck since it was knew. i have been going to Jiffy off and on now for years. I own 8 vehicles not all have been serviced there though. To say the least, I am disappointed and now very sceptical to bring any of my vehicles back!Kent Clayton, Hurricane UT

The oil change reminder popped up on our rental van. We stopped in here to get the oil changed.The techs immediately noticed the oil was still fresh. Rather than charging us for a needless change, they instead topped off our fluids and sent us on our way with no charge.Very happy to see the integrity on the part of the techs.

We came down to this area in a nightmare scenario; on vacation, a full schedule, and a blown radiator. Phil was able to diagnose the issues, order and replace substantial parts and systems at a very economic level, and all within a few hours. He also adjusted and maximized other systems that highly benefited the vehicle (as well as my family) at no additional cost. Phil very literally saved our vacation, I couldnt recommend him and his team more!

The Hurricane City Jiffy Lube is Honestly my number one choice for vehicle maintenance, they are very qualified and have a very high quality atmosphere, they arent over priced, no hidden fees, and the employees are extremely kind, they go above and beyond! they do more then they need to do to ensure you will have a good visit. They always check your engine liquids and do an inspection of the vehicle, they top off the liquids with every oil change and even sometimes give free car washes after service. Xandra keeps the place in line and all the employees at the hurricane Jiffy lube are extraordinary hard working people. They really dont get enough credit! Fast, high quality and well priced. You cant get any better then that!

They were kind and respectful. I waited a total of 25 to get in and to get my car serviced. Loved how they walked me through everything that needed to be done and when.

Unlike other shops, Jiffy Lube was open and ready to go at 8 o’clock. Even though it was extremely cold outside, they had the way to keep me warm and keep their workers warm, too. I was escorted into the office, where I waited comfortably during the whole process. No hard sales, just show me the filters, tell me the news, and let me know what the factory suggests for my car. Knowing what the factory says for my car was really great to, because I have a higher end car.

Great service and staff... I am giving them five stars despite breaking a hose to my antifreeze reservoir while changing my oil. They took responsibility, had the part sent out, paid for it and installed the next day.

Was quick, but they left my dipstick halfway out which caused a check engine light. Now I have to take it to a shop just to clear it. Inconvenient. There are only a few steps to an oil change.. shouldn’t have mistakes like that

I like going to Jiffy Lube, as it is conveniently located on the main street in Hurricane. The service is efficient, and they dont overcharge for oil changes (which is one of the reasons I wont go to the dealership). All the employees wore masks, so I was happy to see them taking the pandemic seriously. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes, and that included the time it took to get the tags renewed. I have always been treated courteously, and I highly recommend this business.

We normally take our vehicles here without a problem. However, today was much different. The second we got there we were greeted very rudely, nobody asked for our info or cared to get it when I tried to give it. We initially dropped off one car and told them we would be picking it up and dropping of another. I asked if they wanted the account info and I was told they could get it when we come back. I arrived to pick up the first car and drop off the second, at which time I was informed my first car didnt need an oil change but because that didnt have a phone number for us they just changed it anyways. Seriously disappointing that I tried to give them my info that they didnt want to take and they decided to make a decision for me costing me an oil change. Never have we been treated so poorly at the Hurricane business ever. John & Amber

They had 2 cars in the stalls and said that they were busy and it would be 20 minutes to wait and 20 minutes to change the oil. I said I would wait . He acted like he wished I would have left. They got it done pretty quick and were nice after they finished. They seemed to do a good job.

Do Not.. I Repeat DO NOT GO HERE! I only went in to get my ac looked at since it was blowing cold air. They didn’t charge me anything for the AC service or anything when they gave back my keys cause nothing worked. Now when I drive I am having a hard time trying to press on my gas and my car has never done that before and nor has it had problems before all that was wrong was the AC. The staff talked more to each other than to me on what was wrong with my car and what they did to my car.

We were on the road and had a battery emergency. Had baby and dog in car in 110 degree weather and needed to replace battery urgently. We called in hopes that the store would still be open. Paul picked up and unfortunately stated they were closed. We had bought a new battery at O’Reilly’s where they could not put it on. Luckily, Paul went out of his way even after hours to assist us in our emergency. He was patient, kind, and helpful. Definitely recommend him and Jiffy Lube. Thanks Paul! You are awesome!!! Update: just drove 2500 miles home, looked under the hood, and discovered my washer fluid cap was hanging open and my coolant overflow cap was MISSING. Did no one actually look at the engine before closing the hood?? Original review: Quick friendly service. Used a coupon I found online. Wish they wouldn’t have adjusted my seat - I’m as tall as everyone there, so there was no need.

I was cheerfully met, and expertly guided into the shop via a tech. My oil change went quickly and the technician- Xandra was even able to locate and resolve a minor oil leak. The whole team treated me with respect, were quick and efficient and I am very happy with the results.

Not comfortable with their service. Leaking oil from plug...they fixed it, but I just dont like a vacuum cleaner hooked up to my oil filler while the drain plug is checked. Contaminants. I think I will go back to changing my own oil etc. Dawg gone it!

I can’t say enough good things about this location!! We were travelers coming from Colorado. We noticed oil leaking from the oil filter causing the engine to smoke. We took it in to get checked out at this jiffy lube. Sean’s customer service was impeccable. He had a long wait but had us pull around front to get checked out ASAP. He tightened the oil filter, topped my fluids off, and rinsed my engine all within 5 minutes & free of charge. He was phenomenal and saved our road trip. I can’t thank this location enough for what they did!

In and out in a timely manner but not rushed. Made to sure to check my differential fluids as I requested even though the plug bolt was a bit of a nag. Honoured a coupon I found online and all the guys were professional and polite. Second Jiffy Lube Ive tried, both great.

This store was amazing! We were in from out of town and our car was overheating. They spent time figuring out what the problem was and took care of us efficiently and quickly! He also knew we were traveling back home soon and was willing to work extra hours just for us!
