The people here were very nice, but we had major problems with the car we purchased right after buying it. We purchased it for our daughter and immediately drove it 4 hours away to where she was attending college. When we got there and turned it off, it wouldnt start again. The battery was completely dead and had to be replaced. The check engine light came on after we replaced the battery, and when we took it in, we found out it was not just one code, but 3 codes. By the time we had fixed them all, it had cost us over $1,500 in repairs in the first week and half of owning it. We contacted the dealership about it, but received no response at all. I know that vehicles there dont come with warranties, and if it was only $100-$500 worth of repairs, we wouldnt have said anything. But the fact that 4 things went wrong right after we bought it and they wouldnt even respond or do anything to make it right was beyond frustrating.

The staff here is incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, and very understanding of different situations. They really work with you to get you the best deal on a car, and advise you on useful additions, like warranty. I absolutely encourage people to shop here, cause Im glad I did.

Not a first timer, and I was pleasantly surprised with Jas Auto! Not as flashy as other big dealerships, but they make up for it by going the extra mile!Danny, Kathleen, and Jose were able to find a car that I specifically asked for and gave me an amazing deal, even splitting repairs with me in the contract! Regardless of some waits for plates and repairs, they took care of me with so much care and friendliness. Patience is a virtue anyway😉If I ever had a moment of doubt in dealing with Jas, they were sure to make it right. We were searching for a nice vehicle for our new teenage driver. We found a nice deal on a car they had posted on Facebook marketplace. They were very responsive with our message and they stayed later past the time they closed so we could make it there to test drive the vehicle. After working with us and giving us a good deal on the car we decided to purchase the vehicle. There were a couple minor issues that we found when we got the car home after we bought it. I called Jose and he took the vehicle back to his lot and got the issues fixed quickly. They went above and beyond what a small town dealership does. We felt like we were being taken care of by a friend who really wanted to help get in the right vehicle for us, which they did. The ball was dropped and a lot of effort had to be done on my part to find out where our plates were.

The guy running this joint was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. It was a very pleasant experience seeing as how it can be a taxing process searching for a car. He was very professional and curteous. We got an awesome car from him and it was in really good shape. More guys like him need to be around.

After looking at several vehicles from them they finally got me into a good car that works for my situation and before that we walked through the parking lot and danny had specs on everycar and didnt try to hide the flaws with them they were very honest and sold me my car under blue book after all the taxes and extra seller fees we still left paying less then bb . great expirence will update if anything changes

Overall, the purchase of the car went well. They helped me into the car i wanted and lended me another until it was ready. I overpaid a little but thats my fault, Overall the car works well mechanically but i had other issues with it. Plastic pieces breaking, front bumper not correctly mounting, horn not working. Overtime they slowly fixed the issues i was having, but a lot of phone calls were required. They are very forgetful, but also very helpful.
