So, i go to this perks quite often, but today i was disappointed. i usually get italian sodas with cream, and they’re USUALLY delicious. however, today i got one (the one on the right) and it was EXTREMELY foamy. i got home and the drink itself was only two thirds full. i went back, and the girl who helped me had a bit of an attitude. i ended up paying for another one (the one on the left), but i feel like the situation was handled a bit poorly. i am just hoping the baristas we’re having a bad day, as i normally love going there, but today was just a poor experience overall :/

The staff always have the best attitudes. I just wish I could see their faces again. The muffled speech and hidden smiles from the masks they are required to wear bun me out.

I was there at 6:54am. The girl opens the window and says we don’t open till 6. I’m puzzled. I knock on the window. I say it’s after 6. She rolls her eyes and says, I meant 7 and closes the window. I am a tourist visiting Zion. Google says they open at 6 so that’s what I’m going by. Definitely not a good way to start my day.

Oh my goodness!!! Dylan did an excellent job answering our questions and providing us with options and recommendations for our order. The drinks are amazing and Dylan even took the time to make sure our drinks tasted good before we left. Best drive through service I’ve experienced yet. Starbu… who? ;)

The employees here are absolutely terrific and very friendly! I love this place. Starbucks dont have anything close to Perks. I love the fact that they have sugar free white chocolate powder and sugar free caramel sauce and the option of coconut milk. I highly recommend Perks for your coffee and other drink options for the day.

On vacation from California to visit Zion National Park we stayed in the town of Hurricane, Utah. Needed some good coffee for our drive home. Tried Perks here in Hurricane. The coffee was outstanding and they young lady at the window was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!!!

I come here at least once a week when Im able, and the service is always the absolute best!!! The girls there are super sweet and always make my day!!

I love this location. Everyone is always so happy and theyre so nice. And the coffee is delicious and they make it just the way you like it. I love that they have a rewards program and keep my previous orders and ask if Id like my usual, theyre great with my kids and do their jobs very very well. They always have a smile on their face and genuinely care how my day is going.Thanks perks people for always making my day!

My smoothie was delicious and my barista was one of the sweetest people Ive ever met! I dont often give tips because Im a cheapskate, but she deserved it :)

Stopped her on may 1st (we were on vacation passing through) and had an excellent coffee with great service! Stopped again Sunday may 2nd on our way out (8:30) and the girl with blonde hair was so rude and burnt our coffees. What a disappointment

This place is always great and it has great drinks. theres a little bit of inconsistency depending on who is making it but it all tastes great. Service can sometimes be slow when busy

The iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel was delicious. It was the right size, and the right amount of caramel. We also order a vanilla Italian soda with whipped cream, it also was delicious. The height of the window was above my door and I was in a truck, just so u have an idea of how tall the window is. The service was excellent, the speed and accuracy of the order was delivered spot on as well. Great little shack to go for coffee.

Everyone that works at Perks is so friendly and helpful. You might say a little perky, excuse the pun-maybe its the coffee buzz! Lol. Cold brew is oh so smooth, and the almond milk caramel Macchiato was delish! Dont pass this place by.

Literally the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to, ever. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, my friends came first, she ordered first, so cool. Then customers come in and the baristas are taking orders and serving coffee. What about me you ask? I had to wait 30 mins for my food when I came in and there was no one else in the shop. Then when it was ready, the barista THREW it on the counter. Like really tossed it on the counter. It was beyond unprofessional behavior.Update: Its been months and no one cares about my complaint. That shows you how awful this place really is!

Who the hell closes at 4?! FOUR!! 7-4 are the weirdest hours to be open for a coffee shop. I love the coffee but come on!
