I sold a set of 205 camel back heads to a friend of mine. That came off my race car i had a lot of time snd money into these heads only 2 seasons ran.he dropped them off at route 9 just to have checked out and freshened up. He got back a box of parts and a bare set of castings that are junk they are not the same set of heads that i sold too my friend . This kind of a machine shop is what gives real machine shops a bad name . Its Not good business taking hard working folks for a ride!
Dropped off some Harley heads. Heads were in bad shape. they went above and beyond welded resurfaced they look amazing.replaced parts for cheap also brought the cylinders a while back they did those for an amazing price!
Meticulous, precise, and accurate. These are the adjectives that best describe Route 9 Machine Shop. They did a fabulous job on the machine work on the Chevrolet 261 CID inline 6 in my 1954 Chevrolet 3100 pickup. I would definitely do business with them again.
Jim and Dave are great guys who will not b/s you, they will tell you exactly how it is and what you need to finish the project properly.
