Skateland is always a great time whether youre with the kids or its just a date night. Ive been going there since I was a kid, every time I go there Scott Brown is there to greet you. Scott all of his staff always make sure your experience there is the best. The skating rink is very clean and well-kept.

It was a great time! The guy working the skate counter was super helpful with adjustments for a few of my boys since it was their first time skating. The only downsides were that the bathrooms were slightly outdated with one swinging door for the two womens stalls (it does lock though) and no place to change diapers. It was also really hot, everyone was super sweaty. But not sure if that was just a fluke, since it was my first time back in over a decade! They keep their admission and rollerblade rental prices really low though, (which I think is awesome) so were okay with it not being the Hilton of skating rinks. I think its great that theyre still up and running since theres not many indoor kids (or adult) activities in hutch. Wish them many more years of business! Well definitely be back.

Ive been taking my girlfriend on dates here for 5 months now and it is really fun. People here are really nice and would recommend as a date idea.

This place used to be one of my favorite hang outs as a teenager. It has definitely fallen from grace a bit. Its not as busy as it once was when I was younger.That being said it is still a great place to take your kid. I hadnt even thought of taking my toddler there till I went to a birthday party. My son had so much fun. Its even better cause this rink is in the Kids Skate Free program. If you sign up your kid can skate free. Parents dont have to pay to enter but you do have to rent skates if you want to skate. Otherwise you can just walk holding your kids hand if they are super little. They also have little walker type things your kids can use if they cant get skate alone. So it is a good free time.But its not just for kids. When mybhusband and a I went for that party we skated and it was a lot of fun even if we were horrible. Lol! Its on our list for a future date night :).

Just okay, unfortunately. We had our 6 year olds birthday party there today. Paid $110 for 10 guests to skate, a decorated table, and ice cream sandwiches. We barely invited 10 guests, and not all of them skated. Two of our guests were having trouble with the skates and wanted to see if they could get rollerblades switched, but we were told it was $3 extra each.. I didnt want our guests to have to pay any extra, and since wed paid for 10 guests I thought maybe theyd consider waiving the upcharge for a couple pairs of skates. Unfortunately, it was a bigger issue that Id have guessed because the woman in charge made an excessive stink about why they couldnt. I simply said okay, no problem, we paid the extra fee and went our way. The vibe overall was very lackluster, not cheery or energetic, the staff were not very friendly nor did they seem happy to be there. I used to skate here when I was little and I was happy to be able to share the experience with the kiddo, but it was just a bit sad.

I brought my grand daughter and her bestie on a busy, super cold, Friday night .. We had an absolute blast . You guys gave my grand daughter personal attention, swapping her skates, adjusting her skates, and even advice while skating . It was a fantastic experience for them and they will never forget their first time skating !

Great place for kids and family to go for good family fun.

This is such a fun place to go to as a family! Its fun for all ages. They have support rails with wheels for beginner skaters to use to help them from falling. I wish they had those when I was a kid! If you have a baby who is not yet old enough to skate, they allow you to walk the baby around the rink in their stroller OR you can rent cute little car strollers to push your little one around in. Parents are allowed to walk the rink with their child in regular shoes free of charge for those who are like me and arent a confident skater. This is also an excellent place for childrens birthday parties!

This business is incredible, the owners are what keep me coming back! They go out of their way to make sure your time there is amazing. Such a great place to take your kids.

Took my 5yr old for the first time and had a blast! The lady working the front counter was so kind. We told her it was his first time and she walked us to the skates, had them tightened and gave us tips. She even followed up with us multiple times to see how we were doing. We had a great time!

We rented for a private party and it was absolutely wonderful! Everyone had so much fun and we did the catering thing where we didnt have to worry about the clean up or serving the cake and I think that absolutely awesome. Definitely recommend!

We had my grandson birthday party here. Fun for all, but the price for the birthday party to me was a bit high. Though for this town there arent many places that you can have kid parties. Now we had rented it out for a private party, so that was a little higher, but we didnt have to worry about having other people around since we had smaller children. But we had to take drinks, the cake and whatever else we wanted. For that much money you would think that they could serve drinks and if not a cake something else.

When you are able to skate it is so much fun. However, a lot of time is spent doing speed skates, backwards skates, and other ones that most people cant do. Its not worth the $ 8 to skate for a short portion of time youre there.

Its so fun to hang with friends there

Havent been here in years and this is my second time in a month to go with my kids and family. Still the same as it was when I was younger. Great family fun as always definitely one of the little hind treasures of hutch.

People like be rude

My son loves the skating rink ..he enjoys it so much. But just wondering why there isnt doors on the bathroom stalls . I dont think that is right when its a place for kids. Kinda inappropriate. That upsets me .
