I went to the Hutchinson, MN JoAnn Fabric in a Mall, on the tail end of a sale & truthfully thought it would be a waste of time. Instead I found a very well stocked store, causing me to spend way more than I had planned! I found many items that will help me finish projects. I drove him excited to get busy creating again.

My mom and I shopped at the Joanne Fabrics in Hutchinson, MN this afternoon. We didnt get to the store until about 4:15. We had several things we were looking for and not a ton of time to look around. The staff was super helpful and walked us over to everything we needed. It was after 5, before us, and one other lady were even getting to the cutting table. They were STILL extremely fun, friendly, and helpful. At no point did they make us feel rushed. They even let us know about some great deals in the store while we were waiting for our fabric. And yes, we took advantage of some of those deals, too. The cashier that rang up our stuff was just as friendly as the other staff, even as the mall was closing. I worked, as a manager in retail, for almost 20 years and I know how hard it is to find employees who put the customer first. You have a great staff in this store. The excellent customer service is refreshing. I try to leave a review when I get great service, because I think a lot of people just like to point out bad service. Visited on 9/1/19

Personalized service. The staff here is extremely friendly and ready to help. The store layout is easy to understand and navigate. They have a large selection to choose from. Almost everything can be bought online at a more reasonable cost. With Joann you are paying for the service. There is also something to be said about seeing and feeling your fabrics first hand.

My Textiles/Quilting class came in to buy fabric for our quilt projects and the staff on hand was super helpful! Great range of patterned and solid fabrics to use. Easy to navigate store layout as well!

Easy parking at the mall to get into Joann Fabrics. Unfortunately it is because most of the stores are closed. However, Joann Fabric is open and they have a happy helpful customer service team. The store is set up like my regular store in San Diego, so everything I needed was easy to find.

Great and helpful staff. I called about a piece of fabric that was not available at my store. They searched the store and found it, and shipped it to me the same day. All at a better price than I could get it elsewhere online.

I like Joannes only crafts store in hutch but its a good one. Clean organized great store. There 1 worker whos a bit crotchety but Im a married man so Im used to dealing with a grumpy woman but thats the only negative

Love to look around this store and bought 2 items that the sign said were 50% off. Got to the counter and they were full price. I was then told you had to buy 3 items to get the special. I asked where was the sign saying that and she said that they didnt have the sign. Watch your receipt!

For a smaller store, they had a great selection of fabrics. I ended up with A LOT more than I meant to get! Great prices and helpful, friendly staff. Thanks ladies 💙

Ok they didnt have what I needed

To start with Joann Fabrics had an amazing deal on fabric. I wanted to recover a sofa chair and ottoman. They helped me figure out some tricky yardage because I had several patterns to match. And when I needed more yardage they called around to other stores until they found one that had more. And they were so great to work with. I work there. All of the employees try to help the customers with any project they are working on. We give suggestions when asked and help solve any issues that come up during the planning or execution of the project.

I like the store but for me what brings it down is the workers. They holler to other employees and are just crabby. I found what I needed paid and left. I didnt need to stay and listen to them hollering.
