I had a wonderful time buying my couch today!! The gentleman who helped me was a great salesmen. I had the couch I wanted in my cart online and I decided to go into the store and check it out in person. My salesperson greeted me right away when I came in. I showed him the picture of the couch I want and brought me right to it and helped me fall further in love. I’m so excited I can’t wait until it gets here. I had a very good experience.

Went looking for a good mattress. The sales person was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They had a big selection and fair prices.

We went to Hutchinson slumberland to look at dining room chairs. Pam who helped us was awesome! She helped us but didnt hover over us like some sales associates do. She gave us ideas and we left after purchasing 4 chairs. We love this location and have purchased other furniture there also.

I was picking up a custom pillow and I was looking for a chair of some sort for my bedroom... ask the gentleman when I was picking up the pillow about a chair for my bedroom...looked at what he showed me and he even helped me load it in vehicle.... looks great in my bedroom!

My fiancé went in looking for a new queen mattress, and being that it’s an essential item during these times we weren’t too hopeful they would have anything in stock. We were greeted and ushered to the mattresses, the salesperson lead us to mattresses in our price range, explained our options, and they had three in our range in stock! Quick transaction, delivery, and excellent service!

I wasnt making a very expensive purchase and i i certainly didnt feel like my business was appreciated. Especially when 2 other ladies had walked in well after i did that were there a different or earlier day. I will not shop at the Hutchison location again if any Slumberland again.

So we ordered a bedroom set from Hutchinson Slumberland in January, it was finally delivered on Friday April 30th, today we decided to put it together and found out we are missing one side rail for the bed, so we call up there and talk to a sales person, who said she would go look to see if the rail was in the warehouse...when we called back to see if they found it, we were told she was real busy and had to go and hung up on us...nice customer service after waiting 4 months to get what we ordered, we get hung up on...also, the backing on the back of the dresser was damaged during shipping...the way we were treated today, I am no longer a customer of Slumberland Furniture...as far as Im concerned, they can come get their bedroom set and well go somewhere else to buy..

Alex at the Hutchinson location was great to work with and he gave me great detail on the furniture I was looking for, I highly recommend working with Alex if you are looking for great furniture that will last!!

Second time I have gone there and they have officially lost a customer. First time the delivery day no one showed up and no one called. This time after they told us it would be there in a certain time frame we were told because of Covid things were backed up. Which was fine except we come to find out the exact same couch we ordered over a month and a half ago they had gotten one in and instead of us getting it they put it on there showroom floor. To me that is extremely poor business practice and ethics. Take care of an already paid customer before you try to make the next sale.

Working with Mike was easy and stress-free. I liked the large selection of chairs. I was able to find what I was looking for with options at 3 different price points - all less expensive than the other two furniture stores I checked. Since I was ordering different colors than the display I expected to wait 4 weeks for my two chairs but was pleasantly surprised to have a delivery date of less than a week.

Pretty nice store. The sales people are kind of pushy but not too bad. I came in for the retirement sale to look at some mattresses. They have a nice selection and have great displays. The other furniture isnt bad but I didnt find any couches or anything that I really thought were comfortable. In my opinion, they are more budget friendly and not very high quality.

No pressure from the salesman which I appreciated. He answered all my questions and I ended up finding what I was looking for.
