They sent me an invoice for just shy of $1700 to repair their car wash when it hooked my vehicle and got stuck. The bill was sent to me 1 year after I had used this car wash. The store employee had me get out of my vehicle and help them unhook from my truck. They then had me drive around and go thru again and it worked just fine... but yet I was charged for repairs a year later. I called cooperate and refused to pay they then watched the tapes and told me Im not at fault and to disregard the charges... beware if you have any issues with the wash They run your plates and send you the bill.

I went into this Kwik Trip tired from a week on the road, but there was a woman behind the counter that energized me as soon as I walked in. She was talking over the microphone to customers, telling them about specials and just really bringing the energy up! She made everyone in there feel like they were a part of an exciting morning. Great place!

I will use Pay at Pump and add a car wash. THIRD time now where pump is out of PRINTER PAPER and I have to go inside and WAIT in line just to get receipt for wash code. I dont want to go inside, thats why I pay at pump! Monitor your pumps and equipment better please.

We stock up and eat a bag on the way home. No matter what time of day we stop, the staff is personable, efficient, professional. Yes, I have a Rewards Card. Yes, we gave out Kwik Trip gift cards last Christmas. Yes, we love Kwik Trip.

Always a great place to visit for a snack or when I didnt bring a lunch. Coffee is always hot and fresh. People are friendly and curious and it is in a great location. Thanks to the entire Kwik Trip staff for being all you can be.

In true kwik trip style, everything is well marked, presented beautifully and placed just so that you cant help but purchase it all. Staff is always extremely friendly and treats you like family.Went in for their amazing deal on gigantic baking potatoes and left with potatoes, energy drinks, take and bake pizzas, cinnamon rolls, and cookies. But everything was delicious and worth the money.

What can i say. They set the bar for all gas stations. It doesnt really matter where you are, clean, fast, quality, and pleasant people. Their bathrooms are very clean as well.

Last 2 times went to the car wash it didnt work properly. First time the under carriage wash didnt work. This time went right passed the tire cleaning. They want to charge a premium price for the washes at least keep it working properly. If a person reports something wrong, maybe make a policy to give them a free wash since they didnt get what they paid for.

Great place to stop for a restroom break and snacks. The people are friendly and will heat you up some food if you dont see what youre looking for. The only issue Ive ever had was needing to use the restroom while they are cleaning it. They dont have a unisex restroom, so you have to wait, or insist you have to go.

Place was busy. But everything moved efficiently. Bathrooms needed attention. Gas was 7cents off with coupon in email today. Had some good sales butter 1.99 and eggs 49. Less priced gas we had seen since Brainerd.

The soft touch car wash ripped a piece of my truck off. When I asked for some type of compensation, they handed me a form and wanted to take pictures and witnesses. We stop here almost every time we drive through, which is a lot. Not anymore! Horrible customer service.
