What a great bait shop! They have a fully stocked selection of live bait and anything you forgot on the way to your favorite lake. I was very impressed.

Been buying minnows since I was old enough to earn money. Bought a dozen mediums and they were dead within two hours in a minnow bucket full of their water. Did not change water temperature and there should be no oxygenation issues within two hours in a full bucket. Went back, asked for them to be replaced, clerk refused and was snappy about it as well. I’ll be going out of town for my bait from now on.

Worst excuse for a bait shop Ive seen!! I owned a baitshop for 14 years and if my employees had ever treated customers like that, they wouldnt have been working for us long!! Going to Runnings from now on!! Better bait and service!!

1 star is way too generous for this establishment. Owner made my son stand outside in the freezing cold for an hour while he waited for roadside assistance when he locked his keys in the car. Horrible customer service. When I called to talk to the owner, he hung up on me after I asked him why he wouldnt let someone stay in the store out of the elements. Definitely wont be getting my business ever again. Also going to report to the BBB.

Have had many good experiences doing business.

Purchased wrong fishing lure in August. Went to return it the next day and was told that only the manager can do returns and she is gone for the day. Over the last several months I would stop in from time to time to exchange/return the lure but I never could catch her there. Finally this weekend they told me she is only there in the morning. So I stop in this A.M. and she is there but says she cant do sporting goods, but someone in back can. He comes out and tells me I cant excange something bought in August I say youre f-ing kidding me, he says Im not f-ing kidding you. I tell him Ive been in to return this lure many times and he just shrugs. All this for a $10 lure.

They lost my business when they started selling 16oz pepsi products instead of 20ozIm not paying more for less soda.

Pre pay in hutch? Cant you leave your c.c so you can at least fill your tank and buy stuff? Really? Coffee is cold. Service sucks! Wow never coming here again!
