Had the ends I needed and made new hose while I waited.

These guys rebuilt a cylinder 2 years ago for me and they did a great job, it was perfect! I just had another cylinder rebuilt and I was very disappointed, because they used a pipe wrench instead of a spanner wrench to remove the end cap. With that being said, almost all the paint was scuffed off the end cap and it was full of jaw marks, even the cylinder body was missing paint. I was told by management that it was not that bad, well it’s my cylinder and it was bad. After a number of emails, I stated that I think it would be fair if I paid for the parts plus tax and would like the labor refunded. The amount of refunded labor would hopefully cover the cost of getting my cylinder back to the way it was when I brought it in to get fixed. I then got a call and was told that they reached out the president of the company to resolve this issue and to come in for a full refund and don’t come back. Seems like a strange way to do business to me.
