I don’t usually write reviews about my experience with dealerships because they are usually sub-par. Eastern Motors Hyattsville has been my best experience yet. The sales person Ives Rodriguez greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors. After spending time talking to Ives and looking at different vehicles I realized that I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a car that I wasn’t interested in. Ives made me feel like I was in control the entire time. I wasn’t able to complete my purchase during my visit but I will come back to eastern motors to make my purchase. Specifically to purchase from Ives. I highly recommend this gentlemen to anyone that’s in need of a quality used vehicle because of him I’ll be back to Eastern Motors and will tell all my friends about it.

Please Be Aware before signing any paperwork! This car dealership is a scam! I came in to buy a $20,000 used car and agreed with manager that I will put $3k down payment. He handed me the keys and as I was getting ready to sign the paperwork, the price went up to $28k. I asked why he added another $8k on top of $20k, he didn’t have a straight answer. 3 more car salesman came and was trying to intimidate me saying it’s a good deal. I left out of there and they called me 30 times in 2 hours. AVOID THIS PLACE! SCAMMERS! The reviews they have is totally fake. They make customers give them 5 stars after a test drive.

I went car shopping yesterday because I had to say goodbye to my 2012 Honda Accord due to it being a “total loss”. First and only dealer I went to! I saw it had a lot of good reviews so I decided to check it out and I was not disappointed. I was greeted by Michael and he was a huge help. I told him my car situation, my current income situation and he was able to answer every question I had and made me feel very comfortable in buying a car there. I managed to get a newer car year (2017) and I was impressed and very happy that I was able to get it. That’s the problem, I’ve never been to your store to buy a car. I was there about 10 years ago with my sister inquiring about why her name was on her husbands car when she never signed for it. Easterns let her husband sign her name illegally and then lied to her face. A rep told her she signed the paperwork when he went to her house. Never happened. I’ve never heard of a dealer rep coming to someone’s house to have them sign for a car. Many of your salesman cannot be trusted and obviously will do anything to get a sale.

He responded with a rude attitude (do you want a price or do you want to buy the truck ??) and said he would email me some numbers after talking to his manager. No response.
