Jeff Sung has been working on my vehicles since 2017. His work is excellent. He provides detailed analyses of what the problems are. Then he takes time to explain which issues need to be addressed immediately and which ones could wait. My father-in-law was able confidently make the drive knowing that the noise he was hearing was not causing long-term damage.Another time Jeff was working on my car and it was not ready when I needed to pick-up my three year old daughter from camp, Jeff offered that I use his personal vehicle because he had a car seat installed and an uber would not. Family auto clinic has managed my commercial vehicle fleet for the last 13 years. They handle everything from oil changes to engine swaps. The owner is knowledgeable and will give you a fair assessment every time. He won’t try to sell you services you don’t need. I trust him with any type of car I’ve brought him Japanese, American and European vehicles and he is well versed in all types of vehicles. I don’t trust anyone else to work on my vehicles.

Great Staff, Quality Work I had a inspection done on my vehicle and had a few minor issues to repair. When I returned for the reinspection the auto shop that made the repairs damaged my outer tire rod while replacing my CV Boot. Not only did Family Auto Clinic replace the tire rod they didnt try and upcharge me for the work. The other guys literally tried to get 600 dollars out of me !!!! They are fair, Shop typically gets packed so definitely go early my only grip was the $25 reinspection fee.

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE.Jeff, the owner, is extremely rude, is only concerned with taking your money upfront, and acts like your only purpose is not a customer but a piggy bank for him.I went to get my car inspected. When it failed, he said i had 30 days and less than 1000 miles to get it fixed. When i brought it back a month later - 8/21 tp 9/21 (even though I called and tried to set up an appointment, he said i didnt need to), after wasting my time rechecking the car, the inspector simply shrugged and said it was one day over the time, and i had to get it reinspected all over again. When I called Jeff, he brusquely replied, im not going to count out days for you, and hung up.Even when I first met him, there was no air of courtesy or respect. Its simply pay me up front, and leave your car, get out and curt responses to questions. Hes not about the customer at all.Find somewhere else to go, you are 100 times more likely to have a pleasant experience. And when dealing with the stress of cars, its important to deal with someone who actually acts like they care about you.

It is unfortunate that your try to do your MD inspection and treat you so badly, that Mr. Duin knows absolutely nothing about customer service. with so many workshops around you should take care of your business, if I were the owner of that workshop I would not have this type of person.

Don’t go there I took my truck for a brake calipers because the emergency brake light was on and they charge me 645 dollars and they didn’t fix the problem and wen I called the asian guy said bring it tomorrow I took my truck back the next day and they said that i have to pay 95 dollars more to check it and see what’s wrong that what I took from the beginning they just stilling you money DON’t go there

Rudes Asian mechanic or owner youll come across he has horrible customer service I was in chock to see how rude he was and so was the next customer in line . My father got harassed by him for asking questions about the car parts he need to get for his vehicle to pass inspection. Dont come here if you want to get disrespected there are other professional mechanics that do there job right.
