I could not rate this staples because it is the worst staples in the area. Cant any print services done, low in stock, no help, slow. Need new Management. The only reason it has a star because I had to press the button to post.

Store was empty but still took 30 mins for the staff to print out 10 sheets of paper. Avoid this store

This is a pretty busy store, and so its typically pretty disorganized. It doesnt seem like they get a lot of attention from corporate. Staff do their best with what they are given and will do whatever they can to help you. Sometimes it takes them a little while to get through a transaction but it seems to be due to a glitchy, neglected computer system rather than lack of knowledge on the part of the staff.

Horrible they were suppose to have my order at 4pm and they said it will not have it ready until 7pm and i made the order 3 days ahead of time and i went to fedex and did it in one day, horrible and customer service

They would not do a sodastream exchange because the only new cans they had were in boxes, and they only exchange for cans that are not in boxes. Foolish.

The staff and the managers are friendly. They made me feel like their number 1 priority. The staff and managers know were everything is located in the store, from the smallest to the largest items. They even take you to the aisles to make sure you find the item you need. If the item is out of stock, they will tell you which store carries the item nearby. There are a lot of staff available, so you dont have to walk around waiting for someone to help you. Theres always someone available. Great service, inventory, and staff. I also like the cleanliness of the store.

We recently moved around this area and needed couple of items for our office. Our staples experience has been Great due to an employee name Thomas. His customer service was exceptional. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He even signed us up for regards to get perks which the other employees failed to mention. His work ethic hopefully does not for unnoticed!

I came here to print some documents in the afternoon (past 5pm) and staff was friendly and helpful. I also accidentally left my wallet there so I called and they stored it for me and gave it to me as I was running back to the store. The machines can be slow to start (the workstations), the store inside looks a bit disorganized and sometimes the cashiers dont seem to be paying much attention. As far as selection for products, while its a fairly sized Staples, it feels like its lacking compared to other Staples. Overall, nothing terrible or dreadful, just a standard and pleasant costumer service experience.

Went here once to use the fax machine. Not bad. Very clear instructions on how to use the machines, but it would be nice if there was someone available to help. Parking can also be a big hassle, and then its a bit of a walk to and from the car to the store.

My grandson needed a Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus 10-Digit Graphing calculator for international Baccalaureate school and they had it. This is after WalMart and Best Buy did not.

Came here after I spent an hour at a UPS store whose owner couldnt be bothered with my one page print job. The guy here at Staples did it with a smile in two minutes. Great print shop service.

GO ELSEWHERE!!! I have never been so pissed and angry in my life!! I had a presentation for the following morning and submitted my 6 posters to be printed before 2pm in order to be ready the same day (AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!) I arrive after a long day at work hoping to just pick up my posters and leave only to be told that no printing was done that day and it would be, instead, completed the following day. I was not called or informed this prior or I wouldve printed my items else where. The customer service rep quickly stated they were not here just to pass the blame. When I explained the urgency, he finally agreed to print the posters and tells me to come back in an hour. I do as Im told only to find NO POSTERS PRINTED because of a paper jam or technical difficulties. I ask to speak to the manager, no compassion is shown for my time wasted and my work day ruined because of the unprinted posters. I ask for a refund with takes another 30 mins. No apologies, no steps taken to resolve their mistake and unprofessional behavior. They actually went as far as to blame me for not putting a rush order on the item!!! I will CERTAINLY never come back to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An average staples, but has ample parking nearby being at the Metro and having a parking garage attached. The parking is off the Metro side of the building, but is easily walk able from the Prince Georges mall since the pedestrian bridge is right next to the building where Staples is located. They even take eWaste recycling of cords, cables, and other small electronics.

I placed an online order for a Hyken office chair. I went in to pick it up, I have never used this service before. Let me tell you, I couldnt get in the store before a team member was in my face offering to assist me.I was totally blown away! I told him my name and that I had place the order on line and I think I was out of there is less than 5 minutes.Im so tickled writing this that I want to order something else just to see if that was a one-off.Very impressive!!!

Placed an order of 500 business cards 9am, went to pick them up at 4:30 . The wait time to request my order was 10 mins alone before a 90 minute wait for the cards to be print and cut . This location is understaffed and unmotivated. I can’t imagine coming back here for any services again

I am NEVER going to the Belcrest Rd. location again. The staff and morning manager are so unhelpful and unprofessional. Everyone appears to be in their own world and not the least bit concerned with customers awaiting to be assisted. The sales associate/cashier was on her telephone and unbothered. I was overcharged for services then made to believe that my money was being refunded which was a lie. SMDH I e never been so disappointed with Staples until my visit at the Belcrest Rd location but you live and learn.

The clerks were very helpful when I asked about how to synch the mouse i was purchasing with my Chromebook and my other laptop. The store was neat, clean and well organized. Overall a pleasant experience.

Dear John and Jane Public. Do NOT waste your time with this location. Your time is too important to risk missing deadlines dealing with nonchalant workers who couldnt care less about your project. Put in a project online two days ago. They call the day I sent in the order stating the binding machine is down and that the technician was called to come in and fix THAT day. They call today and its still not fixed. Youre a PRINTING company that cant do your job. Needless to say I will NEVER use staples again. Support the little guy. Use independent small businesses that care.

The store stays in order and is always well stocked, but oftentimes hard to find an associate for assistance.

If youre coming to see a IT tech, expect to wait an hour for service. Id rather go to an staples with an actual IT Desk 😒. Waiting time is like waiting at the DMV.

Rude staff that dont know what they are doing. I tried to return a product that I bought online and had not opened but was told this was not possible because I did not buy it in that store even though the recite that the item was sent with said it could be returned to any staples store. After bringing this up to the costumer service representative she then made a call that lasted 6 minutes before she finally hung up and said she could not help me because she had other costumers to help. I then asked to return a pair of scissors that I had bought at that store a week ago with the recite but was asked why I wanted to do that. I then explained that it because there was an imperfection with one of the blades that affected the cutting performance. the representative then took the scissors from me and began cutting some newspaper like a kinder-gardener before turning to me and proclaiming nothing was wrong with them. I then told her I would like to return them anyway and she rolled her eyes and said OK, but nothings wrong with them I then took my money and thanked the representative for her help despite the crap I had to deal with and left.

I had the most horrible printing experience. They have no idea what theyre doing and how things work. I needed one letter size double sided color print. It took them 45 minutes and they finally gave me two one sided prints. I dont remember the last time I was this upset over a customer service. Will not go back even if my life depended on it.

Very poor customer service by a manager. Wanted to return an item, but was told if i didnt have a receipt that its not possible. I went to another Staples, and they took it right back without any issues.

The copy & print staff in college park is RUDE. They don’t know how to do their job. When you call them to report a problem, they act stupid. They don’t solve your problem, specially the lady with scarf.

Very nice, very friendly staff

I came here early to print out something and this store opens up at 9:00am. I have literally been sitting outside since 8:45 and it is now 9:30 and they have yet to open the door to customers. I am highly disappointed and upset and will be calling the head office. Never will I come back again!
