Owner requested that I come on 3 different occasions to have an embroidery job done.Every time I came, The job was denied because it was impossibleOwner does not seem to know what his own shop is capable of.

I have no complaints. Their turnaround time is also normally very fast and pricing is better than all the other custom clothing companies in the area. Teena and the cap city team all do an excellent job in making sure I as well as other customers are satisfied. For these reasons I haven’t been anywhere else since them, they are great.
