I entered this Kay Jewelers and was not treated with any respect no greeting I waited over 30 mins and the two guys working there don’t need to be working at a jewelry store! I’ll never go back to this Kay ever again and I took my money elsewhere! Kay Jewelers needs to train their staff better or just get new staff all together I’m highly disappointed in my experience!

Hello My order was made online,.I ordered, three items two items wereSuitable,.The ring I ordered was very pretty..But the quality of 25c gum ball.machine.It was the color of My birthstone,.and after covid, I was looking so forwardto wearing it,. Being a Healthcare worker.I definitely did not get alot of time to, physically/ mentally to enjoy Anything (#1 DISAPPOINT)

I came in this location today for assistance and the young male worker was extremely rude. I asked for his name. His response was I its my right not to give you my name therefore you cannot have my name! I was very upset because if I am spending money ag this establishment I deserve to be treat with respect. I wanted to give them back the items that was purchased but it was a gift!

I usually never have bad experience the times I have bought jewelry here but this time let’s just say they need improvement in customer service. I never received any greetings when I first step foot in the store. Eye contact was made not a single help was offered. I understand they were helping someone else but honestly they were just talking and talking. I waited for more then 30 minutes and within those 30 minutes no one asked me if help was needed. Someone was also there waiting and when she tried to get a hold of someone one of the sales women whom seem to be the manager ignored her. You will have to take your bed and sleep there if you want to be waiting for someone to help you. Very disappointed.

Our sales associate, Akil, at the PG mall location in Maryland went out of his way to make sure we found exactly the watch we were looking for at the best price. Outstanding customer service and a fantastic experience. We will definitely shop there again.

Not much help from sales from sales person. Was only interested in my buying and pushing other stuff on me. I had to figure out configurations of my smart watch myself while in the store.

As far as customer service goes, this store needs a whole new staff, terrible I wasn’t greeted and I wasn’t even helped. I had every intent on buying an item but sales associate never bother to look my way. Management should teach their staff how to greet customers and offer better customer service

My experience with Kay Jewelers was simply excellent. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and good natured. I will certainly do business with them again and will recommend others to them as well.

I am currently here at Kay and I have been waiting more than 20 mins just to pick up jewelry. I have been greeted and ignored. I will not be returning here.

This was my first experience with Kay’s and I must say that this particular location did not meet my expectations! I made a purchase and as soon as I signed my credit card receipt everything went downhill. It was like once they got my money and had me open a account they didn’t care about anything else (it was all about the sale) I still have unanswered questions that I asked the manager and still hasn’t gotten back to me about. I should have wen with my first instinct and returned the item the moment I was misled. Never will I shop at Kay’s again!!!!!
