Terrible people, I heard the manger who’s trifling pepper sprayed my father with no care and thought it was okay and no reason. I will be doing a file on this and I don’t appreciate that mess of ugliness they have there. Never again terrible customer service experience y’all shouldn’t even be there at all. I don’t recommend people coming here I have all the reports good luck. Karma will get all them in a long run. Your jus terrible and hope one day you get that discipline.

Wide selection. They also sell tabacoo product. The staff is really nice and the store is always well organized and clean.

The best spirit store in Hyattsville. Staff is knowledgeable on wine, spirits and beer with a vast collection for any occasion. Really love the music they play to keep the energy high and positive. Good location with movie theater, mall, and planets of food options close by. Probably the best vibe of any spirit store I have been in Maryland. If you live close by this should be your home store.

This is a fine wine and liquor store. They have some good selections of wine, which is what I go for. Not super extensive but one of the better stores in that area. The staff are friendly and they are willing to order wines if they dont have them.Updated 12.25.19 Increased to 4 stars. Good customer service. A place I go to if I cant make it to Total Wine in a pinch.

When we are in town for the March for life, I have stopped here. They have a really good selection of wine and beer. In regard to whiskey and bourbon their selection isnt as good, but you will be able to find what you want if youre laid back. Its always very clean and the service is really nice.

I have a problem with the location, ive noticed you responded to alot of people reviews which i commend. Unfortunately i think you are to close to a school, easy access to liqour for young people is only going to continually affect there live more negatively than positive plus there are alot of underline problems within these communities, having a liqour store there is and will only makes them worse.

Abundant liquor. Messy store. Overpriced. Employees lacked product knowledge and were uppity. I asked about an item that they didnt have and the employee looked at me like like I was crazy and said there is no such thing. I said there is such a thing because I had i. She huffed and walked away. Never going back.

Pretty decent liquor store with a reasonable selection. Minus one star for the location and regular presence of a some less than savory folks usually in the vicinity in the evening. Feels unsafe, the kind of folks that aggresively ask lemme get a dolla on your way out.

Went in there too purchase item with my younger brothers and the owner refused to give me customer service due to me having my younger brother hold my money due to me not having pockets in my ysl pants. We were looking for a particular bottle of scotch that we had seen at another store for 69.99 but the other place ran out. This place had one left and we were excited, until they rung it up. Instead of scanning it, they typed it in as a miscellaneous item and marked it up to 99.99. We told him wed seen it elsewhere for $30 lower, and he offered 89.99, but clearly he was scamming us. They also kept trying to sell us a Pappy Van Winkle and didnt take the hint that we werent interested.We left and found it 20 minutes away in another store for 69.99. Dont bother with this place.

Being that this store serves a predominately black/latino area, they should hold certain level of competence especially in racial profiling. Tonight as I am deciding what to buy, I noticed the security guard following me around, I ask him to stop and he persist to follow me after second more abrasive warning to stop following me, he says I’ll go ask. Under the orders of manager: Rohit Shaw, he was allowed to stop following me. When I got to the counter I ask to speak to the manager or owner, he said “she’s not here” and once I made him aware that I know the regulatory codes for a place selling alcohol in the state of Maryland demands there be a licensed manager on duty at all times, he quickly confessed to being the manager and tried his best to explain why he chose me to profile. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!! I’m writing this now because no other action I can take at this time of night but I will be following up tomorrow.

They sell alcohol! Thats it, that the best I got! The place is seriously unorganized. Good luck finding what you want and they actually have tip cups on the counter! Really? Why? Its not food/bar service, its a store! Just stop.

Its true that the service is lackluster but not in proportion to the overall cleanliness of the store and the excellence of the selection. Difficult doors will make this place hard dirt anyone not able bodied.

The people in there cant even open on time! When they did open they did not have 2 products I was looking for. Also they seem to have an uncaring attitude. Wont be going there anymore
