Nice store. Lots of frames and crafts. I went in for poster frame. They had a buy one get one free. I found everything I needed.

I loved coming here! My husband and I came for a casual date night since I needed some yarn for a project. They didnt have the yarn I needed, but they had great Christmas stuff on sale! So, we ended up getting some things we needed for our Christmas decorations and loved looking at everything. Plus, it was an hour before they closed, so we were pretty much the only ones in there. 👌👌

As you would expect many things for all sorts of crafts. The Halloween decorations were excellent and original to what Ive seen at other retailers. Our cashier was very polite and efficient.

I like what Michaels sells but the service is bad. Every time I’ve gone in there I have to wait in line for a long time. I order things online and there’s no on there for online pick up.

The store needs better instructions for their sales. Tried to purchase some plastic floral products I thought were on sale. Found out at the cash register that only products with a green stripe on the price tag were on sale. No where did I see that information.

I always like coming here. If Im ever fixing to do something new, they have something. Their selection of paint is the best out of all craft stores in town and deals are great. Especially with the new rewards system that gives you vouchers when you spend a certain amount.

All the crafts you can imagine.. should i draw.. sculpt... make my own silicon molds... the possibilities are endless. Make sure you check out the vinyl section as well, tons of options!

It was a great store at one time. The customer service is still very friendly and up to snuff. It does seam to be lacking an appropriate amount of employees though. This has caused the store to look messy. I had only seen one employee the whole time I was there. She was the cashier. Also, the shopping carts are easily upset. My 25 lb. granddaughter tipped one over. Luckily, she wasnt seriously hurt. However, I cant say the same for another customer with 4 children. The 2 youngest were seriously hurt when the oldest stepped on the side and it toppled.

Michaels has a wide selection of crafting materials that doesnt disappoint. Nice store, pleasant staff and dont forget the 40% off coupons!

They have every craft imaginable. It is cheaper than hobby lobby and I liked the stuff inside more. Theres a lot more options for crafters than Hobby Lobby because of the variety in supplies and the quantity. If I was a serious painter or scrapbooker, Id go to Michaels.Update: went again, and one of the workers whom I dont even know asked me if I lived at a specific complex in Rexburg because shes *seen me* before and somehow knows what building I love in? I love Michaels so Im a little biased but this store is awesome! A bit spendy but if you get the app there are always good coupons and they accept coupons from Joanns too. Also, if youre a teacher or homeschooler, you can sign up for their teacher rewards (or use your teacher rewards from Joanns) and save 15% off your purchases.

They have UPS drop off and pick up service. great customer service very helpful employees.

The manager I believe his name was Luke was so extremely helpful when there seemed to be no one else in town that could give me any answers to the product I was going to buy. But, he was able to answer all my questions. The cashier was very sweet, and friendly.

I called to see if they would price match something and the employee who I talked to told me I could no problem, my husband and I drove over an hour to get the item and the manager told me he wouldn’t do it. I understand that but when one employee says you can and then you get told you can’t by another and for the manager to not even say sorry after I told him that I had called and was told yes I could. At my work we don’t take another employees mistake out on the customer.

Went there before Christmas and there was a lady walking around with out a mask talking loudly with a staff member about how her and her family had covid. Not once was she asked to put a mask on. And not once was the register washed and it was very disrespectful for the staff member and lady have a catch up moment about their lives and repeatedly tell her she had covid with lots of people in line.

It was kind of busy. Not a lot of checkers. Slow checking out. Helpful though.

Allot of things were out of stock. Otherwise the staff was nice and the store clean.

Great selection of holiday decorations, crafts, etc. During busy times, waiting to check outis very long, with only two or sometimes only one at the register!

Not quite as big a selection as I had hoped, but I was able to find what I needed relatively easy

They currently have some really nice spring florals. They also do a nice job of framing artwork.

I mostly come here for the sales on seasonal decorations and supplies for cross stitching projects.The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I came because I got an email saying they were having black Friday deals. I didnt really see any deals I was just here not to long ago and all the prices seem the same. There is suppose to be clearance items down the isles but they were empty. So if they just started this today I dont see the price changes.

Cant be beat for some craft supplies and home decor. Always something on sale.

I’ve been in here a few times the last couple of weeks and they have an enormous array of frames. I had 15 concert posters that I want to frame and they are very reasonably priced, And they always have deals going on. The reason I gave them three stars is because the people that work there don’t have knowledge on the things that they were selling. I get it, There is a ton of information and that store for someone to learn it all very difficult but it would be kind of nice to have someone specialist in each category of the store. I was on my phone a lot and looking for the right information I needed

I like Michaels, I can usually find what I need there, plus it is close to home. The only thing that I find with it and I guess it is more of a surprise than a fault, is that it would be nice if the store were larger. The competing stores in this area are much larger and newer. However, being a smaller store may help them keep overhead down, which could be a savvy move in todays age of stores closing.

Not as big as hobby lobby but still good selection. Good discount isle and make sure to Look for the % off coupons!

I would give 5 stars, but they are running a sale so a lot of shelves are bare. Other than that, however, great store as always.

Love Michaels they always have the items I am needing and/or want. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are excellent as well and they are the only craft store that has stayed open in the area.

Clean store, polite employees, very large store and great clearance deals, granted it was right before the holidays but a lot of items were out of stock and a lot of empty shelves due to stock sell outs, store equipment like ladders were not locked or have any hazard identifiers and made navigating isles pretty difficult.

Found what I needed easily enough. Store is clean. Only problem was not enough cashiers working.

I love this store! Only knocked off a star because the bathrooms are usually pretty gross and sometimes they just wrap a pipe cleaner around the lock and that is how you are to secure the door. Use the bathroom before you come and you will get great deals and wonderful service!

I love Michaels! When I need anything crafty or just want to browse to see whats new...this is the place I go! I really like the friendly staff and the cashiers are always making sure I am using their coupons! So...whats not to love!

I love Michaels. However, this is the second year in a row that the overwhelming cinnamon scented pine cones have caused an asthma attack. I just need to not shop there once those evil things are stocked. Perhaps they should put a sign at the front door to warn customers when they are carried in the store.

Michaels is a fun craft store with lots of variety. The staff is friendly, candid and always ready to help. The shelves and displays are always tidy and presentable even though people rifle through them frequently. You can expect to find that special little thing you were looking for, and probably more.

Went and did the kids free craft.The room is too small, and there is only one door to go in and out of so it gets crowded/full fast and a line forms blocking the way out. But the turn around was quick so there wasnt more than a 10 min wait, but thats still not fun with little ones.But the room is clean, and the ladies running it did great considering the space (out of their control). The store is well stocked and clean.

The shop has a great variety of different crafts, from sewing and painting to picture frames and decoration. I enjoy fine scale models, and they have some interesting tools and ideas. Though they dont always have everything I might need, they have a lot, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. They also cleverly set up some difficult to resist chocolate near the register. (I sometimes just go for the chocolate)

This store always feels like its going out of business at any moment. The checkout is slow and the line is unbelievable. The staff is very nice but stocking and whatever else theyre doing takes priority over customer service. With that said the 40% off coupon rocks and the online ordering is great. It will be hard to compete with Hobby Lobby and AC Moore unless service gets better.

Great place to shop for most types of art and craft supplies. Large, bright store. Bought beautiful silk flowers here for making beautiful arrangements. Excellent sale prices from time to time. Frames, beads...fun to stroll the aisles to see what they have.

They were all bought out.. prices were high ..

Store was clean and stocked. The employees were nice and tried to grt me the lowest price. I forgot how dangerous it is to enter a craft store 😉
