I had a huge dent on the side of my bed behind the cab. After doing some research I decided to go with Classic Auto because they had the most reviews with a good score. And I figured 3 generations, 50 years, Nice! these guys grew up doing this work.Due to a holiday, late arriving parts and such they had my vehicle for 3 weeks. When I got it back i was impressed how good it looked. However later in the evening I realized the bed was offset. I went back down to the office the next business day and they jumped right on getting it fixed. They are all very kind, and understanding group of people. Thank you Classic Auto for giving me my beautiful truck back!And FYI... They guarantee their work for life!! Paint for 7 years! Its kind of a big deal.... :)

They were so helpful. My sons cars moonroof was smashed in while driving from Boise where he lives. they put a temporary wrap to prevent any moisture from getting in the interior at no cost and only took a few mins. They were friendly and very professional. I have had several other minor fender benders fixed buy them and they have been nothing but the best. Would highly recommend them to anyone, as I have in the past.

I had my car hit in the parking lot where I work. Thankfully, there was a guy in the car next to mine that recorded the people getting out of their truck and checking out the damage that they had done and then leaving. I was able to use that information to get my car repaired. These folks got me in right away and my car was fixed in days. Very professional, super personable. 1/20/2021 I just picked up my Acura RDX and it looks like new. Everyone there is extremely helpful and competent. Due to no fault of theirs, the repair took longer than expected. Since I had already returned my rental they loaned me a car to use for 2 days. When I walked out to my car I noticed that they had rubbed out another, unrelated scratch on the same side as the repair. WOW ! The car looked perfect - even the muddy floor mats had been cleaned. This place will always be my choice for repairs.

For right now I am going to give three stars the reason behind that is we got a car accident and the other persons insurance claims liability so we are going through you to get our truck fixed office visit was amazing the communication was amazing the truck goes in on the 11th of January so we will update review from there

Trust me when I say these are the guys to go to I’ve never and I mean NEVER been so Impressed with how good my car turned out after they did it the paint is a perfect match it looks absolutely beautiful the glass on it is amazing out of this world but I have to give the biggest shout out to the staff for sure Noe is the go to guy man I have never been so happy to trust my car with anyone and he really played the biggest role in getting my car fixed up he is a very friendly funny and kicked back dude I think it’s safe to say I’d hang out with the man if the offer was in the air I would personally like to thank all the people who work here killer job definitely going to be my go to place for future fixes hands down love love love the work you did for me!!!

My son-in-law was hit by a deer in my daughters new pickup. First thing I said was call Classic! They have 3 generations of knowledge in doing what they do best - repair and paint!

Classic is a family owned auto body shop that does excellent quality work and stands behind their work. Most of the work Ive had done over 20+ years is stuff not covered by insurance or things minor enough that it wasnt worth rate increases to file a claim. Always felt I was getting best possible advice for me, even have been sent elsewhere when they knew another shop could do it cheaper!

These guys are awesome. Brent really knows his stuff and has provided us with outstanding customer service, as did everyone here. I checked out four auto body shops, looking for someone to fix my car after a guy backed into me. A friend recommended Classic Auto Body and they did a fabulous job. I cant tell the difference from before and the color match is seamless. They even washed and detailed my car before I picked it up and I couldnt be happier. While I hope I never have to have auto body work done again, if I do, Classic Auto Body will definitely be my first choice. Best in town.

Plus Brent the owner gives out free shoulder rubs. Just ask when you drop your vehicle off for your free shoulder rub and Brent will come running. Best shoulder rub I have ever had!!!

These guys are awesome and so nice. I asked them to try to patch up my damaged hood, and they went ahead and screwed my bumper back in place too, and everything looks almost like new! I was so happy. They saved me a bunch of money, and I will keep them in mind next time I need something fixed!

I have had work done on my car multiple times by Classic Auto and each time I have been impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of their team. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of work is amazing. They also are detail oriented, in ways other auto body shop arent. For example, they replaced my windshield and transferred my Jiffy Lube reminder decal from the old windshield to the new windshield, without me asking. I will absolutely have Classic Auto do all future work on my car.

We took our van in for hail damage repair. They were so easy to work and the repair was done quickly. To my surprise, when I picked up our van, They had completely cleaned the inside of our van. With four little kids, this was not a little job. I am so impressed with their service treating their customers so well!!! Such a great experience.

This is by far the best auto body shop around. They have been so good to us so many times! They even vacuumed my car after the repair. 10 weeks worth of gold fish crackers and poptart crumbs in the cracks now removed. I have never questioned their integrity or advise. Love this shop!

Promised us that we would have our jeep back by Thanksgiving. And originally said around 6 to 8 hours of labor involved. Since they dont do the paint less dent removal in house like i was told originally they do. The place doing the work on the jeep says 3 to 5 days. Classic doesnt even replace a windshield themselves. They contract that out as well. If they would have been honest about the process they do things it would be a different story. I wont be returning any business for sure

This shop is very greedy and could care less about their customers and what the customer needs and wants. The front desk lady is very snobby. I would give 0 star if it could.

Took my vehicle in after I got into a collison. A week later, cant even tell there was ever an accident. Their quality of work cant be beat and they went above and beyond my expectations. 6/5 stars for quality service plus extra.

They do great body work and paint but as far as getting your vehicle back exactly like it was is not exactly true. I had recommended two different individuals to them and both of them had to take there vehicles back for minor repairs or simple things that get over looked like car horn not getting hooked back up car speakers not getting hooked back up breaks not being bleeded. No big deal if your mechanically inclined but if you have no clue how to take a door panel off or even begin to know where your horn is located under the hood. Yes they took the cars back to them but a few different times to fix the minor things witch is a pain because it should have been done the first time. Body work and paint spectacular attention to small details not so good. Wouldnt be so quick to recommend again.

They are the best in town and very reasonably priced for their services! My 2004 lexus had a huge dent in the front bumper and they quoted me at $200 but when I picked up my car, they only charged me $55 coz they told the work was actually less than expected. I was shocked, I would have paid them $200 happily (which was still less compare to other shops in town). Thanks for being honest.

Very disappointed with the quality of work! I dont complain or write bad reviews, this is my first Google review. Not only did I have to wait a lot longer than what I was told but I had to go to the delearship right after getting my car and have a module programed ( waited three hours). Then my body work looked like it got stapled together, paint wasnt polished ( buffer marks like crazy), car was not clean picking up, car sounds ruff and has some mechanical issues. Its a new car with 30,000 miles! When I brought it back the second time my issues were still not addressed. Even if my insurance wont cover me going to another shop Ill spend outta pocket rather than dealing with this place.

Time and again, for over 25 years, Classic has done perfect work on my vehicles. They are very friendly and most helpful in every way they can be.

I took my SUV to them last summer for damage to my hood and windshield. They were very friendly and made the car look as if nothing had ever happened. I just got rearended in another vehicle and have an appointment to get the car repaired. I know they can be trusted and will do the job right once again.

Had a Vehicle vandalized and chose to take it to Classic for repairs, they are super nice and outstanding people who are easy to deal with. They did an excellent job on the repairs, I would recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle repair.

So I had really had bad hail damage from the storm a a couple of weeks ago. These guys were really patient with me, and considering how busy they were with all the bids they were getting from other customers that were also involved in that storm. I have used these guys before and I will keep going back to them. Thank you for making my Jeep Renegade new again
