This guys are legit. I took my Range Rover to them to have some custom work done (see before and after photos) and they did an amazing job! Alan and Myke were way cool to work with!I moved to Arizona right after I had the work done and one of the parts they put back on my vehicle wasn’t secured correctly (no ones fault, just a simple mistake) and I called them about it and they made it right immediately.This is a super high quality shop that does great work and treats their customers right. My only complaint is that they’re here in AZ.

Vision Collision... Where do I start! What a great group of guys. They bend over backwards to make this old truck look new again. I had had some work done on the motor and thought to myself how do I make this body outlast the motor? I had utilized Vision Collision previous on a insurance claim and they did a great job so I decided to return to them and see what they could do. From minimizing the rust, adding fender flares, repainting the wheel wells and switching out the old tired headlights for LEDs it brought a whole new life to this 08 Duramax. Best costumer service ever. They replaced all the parts they possibly could with Subaru parts instead of aftermarket parts, they ordered the parts right away and they knew I was in a rental and lived 2 hours away so they went above and beyond fixing my car a week earlier that scheduled. They even met me on Saturday, the day they are closed, so I could pick up my car without missing work. My car looks and drives like it was never in a wreck. I would without a doubt use them again.

They fit me in their busy schedule and returned my car better than I have it to them. (Wash, buffing headlights, interior detail, etc.) what an amazing experience!

I was in an accident on 6/1, it took 22 days to get my car in and worked on. I understand being busy but they had my car five days longer that what was quoted. They also said they preformed services that did not get worked on. I now have to fight insurance to get these issues covered. I would not recommend using vision collision.

I wish I could give these guys more than five stars. I had my Durango taken here after a wreck. There was a LOT of damage to my front end. Right away, I was confident I had chosen the right place. Mike called and gave me updates I wasn’t even expecting. He was very communicative and professional. It took longer than anticipated due to circumstances out of their control, but it was worth the wait! Their constant communication, thoroughness, and standards of quality reaffirmed for me that my car would be fixed right the first time. I was not disappointed! It looks and drives even better than when I bought it. I almost want to cover it in bubble wrap so it stays this nice forever. I couldn’t be happier with Vision Collision and won’t hesitate to go there again, (although I hope I never have the need).

The entire passenger side front end of my car was totally smashed in and these guys got it in and out of the shop in less than four days! My 2015 car came out looking brand new. They were amazing at communicating with me and my insurance. I hope I don’t have to take my car into the shop again any time soon, but if I do, I’m coming back here!

We couldnt be happier with Vision Collision. Mike was attentive and helpful, even calling the insurance adjuster himself when we felt their service to us had stalled. The vehicle was restored and cleaned to new condition in a very timely manner. Five stars!

We needed some extensive work done on our truck so I stopped in to get an estimate. They came right out and checked out the damage and took pictures. They got me an estimate put together quickly. (Another place I had stopped by wouldnt even give me an estimate) When we decided to have it fixed with them they ordered parts right away. They worked with the insurance company. The day we took our truck in to get the work done we noticed that our truck had been hit(again) and the tail light was all cracked and broken. The tail light needed replaced and they took care of that for us free of charge. When we picked up our truck after they finished all the work it looked great. They had the work completed by the time that they had told us it would be done. We were happy with the work that was done. They also detailed the truck inside and out! They did a fantastic job and were great to work with. We will for sure go back. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

I dropped my trailer on the bed of my truck, just as I was getting ready to head out of town on work for a couple months. Michael was able to get my truck in and out in time for me to still make my start date in Kansas. Not only was Michael able to accommodate my schedule, he also took over with the insurance company and handled all the communications after the initial claim. Ran across these guys on recommendation from another reputable shop in IF and really glad to have found such solid folks. It felt like I was dealing with old friends. Can’t say enough good about Michael and the folks at Vision....great shop and no BS.

I brought in my Tesla Model 3 to have my front bumper and and left front bender repaired. It was their first experience in repairing and performing body work with a Tesla automobile. This body shop is 100% professional and made continual efforts contacting me with updates as it related to the entire reparation process. This place is amazing. I wrecked my 2020 toyota corolla in the front end with over 10,000 dollars in damage. They took about 2 weeks to fix it up and she looked amazing. There was a problem with the heater working correctly so i called them they had me come right in to fix the problem. The guys there are super sweet and amazing at what they do. They even washed and vacuumed my car which was a nice surprise.

Mike and Allan are amazing! Right when I walked in they greeted me, talked about what they could do to help with a horrible paint job on my tailgate someone else did. They also fixed my bumper, right corner panel and trim around my back right tire. They made this whole process super easy, very informative, knowledgable, great customer service, they dont gouge you on prices, overall the BEST body shop experience I have ever had. If you need anything done to your vehicle I would HIGHLY suggest you go to these guys. I am a client for life :D

I backed into the concrete base of a light pole. Did a lot of damage and could not lower my tail gate on my new Titan truck. The owner said he would straightened it out so I could use my tailgate again. He made it look almost new in 20 minutes and did not charge me a cent. There is no doubt he could of easily charged me $400.00 or $500.00. He didnt charge me a cent! These are good honest people and if I ever need collision repair again, I will undoubtedly use them everytime.

They got my car finished within a week of getting towed in. They got my car seen right away on short notice. They were super fast and I was paying out of pocket so they were super conscious of my money and time. Everyone we talked to was super nice and explained the damages and what I was paying for. I popped a tire and they even took the tire in to where we got the tires since they were under warranty, replaced the tire, paid for it, tacked it in to my bill, remounted the spare, and detailed my car. They really went above and beyond and out of their way to help us. I was worried the damages would be too extensive and Id have to buy a new car, but this was wat more manageable. They gave me an accurate quote, accurate timeline, and consistently kept us updated. They even kept tmy car in the garage while it was snowing so it would be warm when I went to get it. Cant thank them enough! Dont go anywhere else.

I just recently got into a fender bender with my Dodge ram 1500 and started looking for auto body shops to fix my truck. Most of the other body shops or 1 to 4 months out on availability to get my truck in. Alan Nickell and Velocity Auto Body was able to get my truck in as soon as all the insurance information was squared away, which ended up being just a couple days from when I first called. I am telling you, they made my truck look amazing, it looked better than before. Honestly it was the best experience Ive ever had. They are so willing to please and make everything looked exactly the way it was before. If you have any issues theyll get you in immediately and take care of it. The whole crew would give you their shirt off their back and then bend over backwards to take care of your vehicle.
