Chris was awesome! He came earlier than we expected which was great, and was one of the friendliest people weve met. He explained everything thoroughly and was very nice to talk with. Chris even circled back to clean our windshield too! If you ever need help with windshield repairs, these are the guys to call! Its not everyday you get a company with outstanding customer service. 9/10/21 update:I love these people. I thought a small crack was starting to spread from a repaired chip, they came out, looked at it, explained why its okay the way it was, what a spreading crack looks like, and then added the repair stuff to it and smoothed it out anyway. No charge. Wow!UPDATED REVIEW:Chris checked out the repair I had done at another company and fixed the small divot they left - free of charge. He was polite, professional, and apologized for the mix up with my original appointment.He also took the time to explain what a good repair looks like and what to expect months from now with the repair.In the future Im going to call them first when I need rockchip repairs. Traveling through town and got a rock peck on our truck. Called this place and was able to get us in right away. Service was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Chris came out same day and got some rock chips on our car fixed! He was incredibly friendly and informative also gave me plenty of tips on how to prevent any sort of growing cracks if I ever needed another visit. They offered free mobile service!! I appreciate the fast service. I was preparing to leave town and had too many things to do, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quick service. What also was impressive was how they worked with my insurance company and I didnt even have to pay a deductible or co-pay. He told me five minute repair and I thought yeah, sure:) However he was less than five minutes. He really meant five minute repair.

A semi spat a rock at my windshield on the freeway, and less than ten minutes later I was in a parking lot with the repairman where we had arranged to meet. Incredible service! While everybody else was closed on Friday night, he was on call willing to help us on the spot. I called the number and we met the next day. He walked me through what he was doing. I had a crack running from the base of my windshield up a foot and then it curved to the left a few inches. He sealed it up and then drilled a little while through the first pane of glass (Cars typically have 2 layered panes) and that stopped it. It has been a little over a month and a new mini crack came off at a point in the middle of the crack. His pricing was great and he did a good job. I did a ton of driving on the freeway following the service so that in large part could be the cause of the crack. If I was still in Idaho I would go back to him for that new crack without a doubt.

I have had three rock chips repaired in the last 18 months. I went to Safelite for the first one--it took at least 30 minutes and cost me $50. First Glass Repair has come to my place of work for the other two--each repair took less than 5 minutes and cost me $15. I highly recommend First Glass Repair.

He scheduled a time and came to our home to fix a rock chip at no extra cost, and was very friendly and quick when he came. We will definitely be using First Glass Repair again!

Im a semi-truck driver so stopping inside towns and finding out if I can park my equipment can be a royal PITA... Not with this guy. I called, he met me at a truckstop in the same hour, 5 minutes later a nasty chip was fixed and it only cost 15$.If youre in the greater Idaho Falls area just give him a call and forget the hassle, delays and overpriced service at fixed locations.
